Every time we go to the Dr. we stop for bagels, last month was normal and good. Today I went in and noticed immediately the cinnamon crunch bagels looked very different. I placed my order and went home. It was shocking to see them up close. They are 1/4-1/3 smaller, no hole, and the crunch topping was a lite dusting of cinnamon. Very disappointing. They even tasted different. I really didn’t mind when the price went up, we were getting a treat we loved and have been doing for years. I can’t believe they would change the most popular product to save $$.

I used to love Panera, but lately my order has been wrong every single time I order. I ordered delivery, and my drink was not included. They were out of tomatoes, which they are often out of ingredients. My breakfast order for three people was over $40, and that’s with free delivery. The delivery driver said there was no drink in the pick up area. If you’re going to charge so much, please get the order right. They gave me a $5 credit, but I wanted my tea, so I am disappointed yet again!

This is my Go To location when visiting in St Louis. I have the Sip Club so I am in here frequently. Busy and popular location with people of all ages. Students to Seniors. A meet up place for friends and relatives. Friendly staff. Charlie behind the prep wall was helpful and courteous. Many others as well. New large ordering kiosks

A-OK St. Louis Bread (Panera) location. If anyone didn’t know this, Panera started in St. Louis as St. Louis Bread Co and then expanded everywhere as Panera. This location still has the St. Louis Bread Co sign on the front of the building.
This is an older location, with dated carpet and aging furnishings. The staff were friendly enough, and the place was packed. I enjoyed my Asiago Bagel but the Latte was only okay, I really am not a fan of Panera’s coffee options.
A decent chain to grab a quick bite or do some homework/actual work on your laptop, but nothing great for the price.

Ate at this Bread Co for dinner on a Sunday. The store wasn’t very busy at all but the lobby was full of dirty tables. The drink area for soda/tea was pretty gross, too.
The cashier that helped us had a hard time remembering what we ordered and had to ask us to repeat it 4 or 5 times. But, she wasn’t rude about it and she did eventually get the order right.
My husband wanted a steak and cheese sandwich but they were out of the bread so he got the you pick two chicken salad sandwich and asain salad instead. He said everything he had was good. I had the chicken frontega and it was OK. It was missing the basil and hardly had any chicken on it.
Overall, I don’t recommend going to this location.

Previously in my orders; salad would be brown and soggy, or hardly any chicken or no cheese on Frontega Chicken sandwich etc etc. today Again hardly any chicken but my salad contained a plastic(trash) in it

I had ordered a cinnamon bagel and specifically put down that I have an allergy to tree nuts. When I opened the cream cheese I noticed a chunk of something sticking out and decided to check what kind it was, turns out it’s walnuts. Thank god I checked before putting it on my bagel. I could have died!

Got my food and my salad was missing chicken. I went back in politely and let them know i was missing chicken on my salad. Simple enough you would think. Instead i was greeted with frustration and attitude. They did not make me a new salad. They grabbed my salad with force grabbed a handful of chicken threw it in salad and literally threw salad back on counter back to me. I am absolutely disgusted with what just happened.
