The atmosphere was nice, but when you order hot food and it comes out ice cold…there’s a major problem. The manager was understanding about the complaint, at least. However, i thought the food was made fresh and the whole thing felt frozen, so needless to say, the food wasnt the only thing that gave me a bad taste. This location will be the reason myself and my daughters will not be returning to and Bread Co. or Panera from this point, forward.

Service is slow. The orders are self-serve on a kiosk. The sandwiches are typical St Louis Bread Company quality (good quality). The drinks (both hot and cold) are self-serve.

I ordered a You Pick 2 of a Turkey and Cheddar sandwich and a Harvest Salad, which features arugula, feta (not enough) , nuts and dried fruit with balsamic dressing. I made several customizations to the sandwich which were done correctly. Ingredients were fresh and tasty. I ordered using the Panera app, as the kiosk wasn’t cooperating. (Yes, Paneras here are called St. Louis Bread Company because the chain was born here.) I like doing my own ordering vs the counter bc it is easy to access saved favorites , duplicate recent orders, and utilize stored payment methods. One annoyance is that certain special offers are only available on the app. Food was ready fast. Coffee in the decanter was luke warm and odd policies like not putting out decaf after 2pm are puzzling. Staff will brew fresh coffee when requested. Atmosphere is comfy with a fireplace going. Chairs are hard. Music is obnoxious in volume and some of the songs feature irritating thumping bass not suitable for a café environment and the selection is limited to a small number of oft replayed songs obnoxious to frequent visitors. Unfortunately, this doesn’t stop other visitors from having speakerphone conversations despite glares of incredulity. The bathroom cleanliness is not what it should be. All in all, a solid café dining experience, though there’s room for improvement at the margins.

Extremely slow drive-through service and poor communication. We weren’t acknowledged, and our food was left sitting at the window with no explanation. Not a great experience, I’ll stick with fit-flavors and Crazy Bowls instead, where we always get excellent service and products.

Waited in the drive through line for over 1.5 hours for my order and the 1st thing I asked what they were out of before ordering. Finally got to the window and waited another 30 minutes. Finally gave me my order and what I specifically asked if they were out of, now they didn’t have. Now my daughter had no dinner and was more than frustrated as we should have never stopped in the 1st place. I addressed the teenager and told him a manager should really be addressing every car out here and offering a refund or a gift card. They did not even refund me for my missing items. I think they lost a lot of loyal customers tonight. The manager on duty really failed and the kids were doing the best they can. Really bad customer service and not any of the teenagers fault that were working.

Food is good, but it’s expensive for what it actually is.
Drive through orders are slow and handed over with incorrect or missing items over multiple visits. They’ll fix it for you no problem, but be sure to check for everything before driving away.

We go to the place every Sunday morning for breakfast. Most of times, it’s been good experience in general. But recently, we found food quality and service there becomes worrisome. They even served spoiled spinach in my sandwich yesterday. I hope they can change this. Otherwise, we will consider for a new place for Sunday breakfast.

The food is always tasty. But the price is exorbitant. I paid over $30 for two bowls of soup, half sandwich, and two small drinks! I mean the food is good, but not 5 star restaurant good.

I went through the drive thru this early afternoon. My cashier “Mason” asked me twice which soup I wanted. Got the wrong soup, when I called to report this, I was hung up on.
