Feeling bold? Get the Nacho Libre. Feeling very bold? Get the full size—it’ll feed you and your family, or just you and your poor life choices.
They’ve also got killer wings, a build-your-own taco board, and the legendary SMOKEJUMPER: thirteen ounces of smoked, seasoned tri-tip glory. Yes, thirteen. Yes, it matters.
Add baked sandwiches and a new Korean rice bowl so good it’ll make you slap your mama (lovingly).
The point is this: come here. Spend your money. You’ll leave full, happy, and ready to dominate the rest of your day like a well-fed champion.
I got their blue cheese salad. It was SO good, and you could probably just get the medium because the large was VERY big.
We will definitely go again next time we’re in Soldotna!
Be ready to play ‘I Spy’, there is so much to look at. I see something new every time. Again, the kiddos, I Spy keeps them busy and gets us all off the phones and smiling.
Thanks St.Elias for making our evenings fun and full of laughter and food!
The staff is always on point: friendly, fast, and really dialed in, even when the place is slammed. And yes—sometimes there’s a wait, but it’s totally worth it. Between the atmosphere, the food, and the craft brews, you’ll be glad you stayed.
St. Elias Brewing never disappoints. Whether you’re grabbing a pint, a pizza, or both, you’re in for a great experience every time.
The service was ok, if not a slow. We waited forever. Expect at least 2 hours or more here.
The food is the real reason we come here. 11″ personal brick oven pizza that has you craving more. They use flour to coat the bottom crust instead of cornmeal, so there is no need to worry about my corn allergy. Plus the options are unique and interesting. I just wish that it wasn’t so pricey and that they would switch our the flavors more often.
