I was gifted a box of six chocolates from here. Each piece was pretty and delicate looking, that’s where it began and ended for me. The flavors that were touted were non existent. If you say lemon, I want lemon; if you say artic mint, I want artic mint and the peanut butter should be peanutty! Not one hit the flavor mark for me, underwhelming, unimpressed and bland too say the least. Just glad I wasn’t the one that traveled and waited in line.

I found my new favorite chocolate EVER. I came from Minneapolis just to taste these chocolates. First I need to say I am a hardcore chocolate enthusiast(one of my first words was Chocolate/I never spoke when I was little unless I smelled chocolate) so I have high standards. I’ve bought luxury chocolates from all over the world and these chocolate absolutely compare. I bought 10 truffles, went into my car and ate the lemon espresso which I bought 3 of. It was so good, I went back inside and bought 7 more lemon espressos because it was the most delicious truffle I’ve ever had in my life and I knew I was gonna be so bummed if I ran out before getting home. It is everything I’ve ever wanted in a truffle in terms of taste and texture. I’ve had every lemon chocolate I can get my hands on and THIS… nothing can compare. It’s actually tart lemon, not overly sugar and fruity. It’s like they managed to put my favorite tart lemon bar inside a milk chocolate filling. Plus the outside is dusted in this really nice sugar shards. Holy smokes it was delicious. I probably talked to my mom for 2 hours about how much I loved this truffle. The second one I loved was the Apple Walnut. It has the most beautiful design on it, but the apple flavor is just an explosion and again- not artificially sweet and fruity. Anyways, highly highly recommend to my chocolate lovers. I bought 17 truffles and here we are not even 48hrs later and all 17 are GONE. I have no self control and I’m not ashamed.
P.s. could I get a cake made out of the lemon espresso? I would seriously use it for my wedding if so.

Their hand made chocolates are works of art! Almost too pretty to eat. You gotta try the wild violet truffles in the spring! And the Champagne ones over the holidays.
In the last 5 years, they have not disappointed me once. Their chocolates are works of art and nothing short of amazing. They’ve won international awards on their chocolates. Well worth the drive there.

On Saturday 1/3/26, we wanted to get some chocolate. I went online and it should you were open. I also called and the voicemail said you were open. We drove 45 minutes only to find out you were closed. VERY DISAPPOINTING.

Delicious and fresh! Not only was the chocolate wonderful, and the staff friendly, the little town Marine on St. Croix is an enjoyable visit. There is path behind the General Store that leads to the waterfall and down to the river. Visiting St. Croix Chocolate and the Waterfall made for a perfect Sunday afternoon escape from the city.

Can’t go wrong!! So many choices and all the chocolates looked good. It was hard to pick just a couple because you really want to try them all, but I settled on the Pear Caramel and Salted Butter Caramel. The Pear Caramel was soooooo good. Creamy and just a bit of heaven. Prices seemed fair compared to other chocolate shops. Staff was friendly and helpful when trying to decide.
