I was in Louisville traveling and needed to find a good dinner spot around 9:30 on a Wednesday evening. After realizing most places close at 9:30 or 10 I was about to give up..
Then I found this place. I walk in around 945pm and was immediately greeted by the bartender. The bartender was extremely nice and helpful.
I ordered one of their signature cocktails and it was a masterpiece. The presentation was a good as the taste. I ordered their filet and it came out perfect. Crispy on the outside and med rare on the inside.
After friendly conversation with the bartender I ordered an old fashioned. It was by far the best I have ever had. So much character from a drink!
This has to be the longest review I have posted for a restaurant so please take my advice and go here. You will not regret it.

My wife has a GLUTEN ALLERGY and this restaurant went above and beyond to accommodate her. While they did not have a dedicated Gluten-Free menu, they did take the time to mark all of the items on the menu that she could eat….which was MOST of the regular menu. 5 Stars for EXCELLENT SERVICE. 5 Stars for EXCELLENT COCKTAILS. 5 Stars for EXCELLENT FOOD. Highly, Highly, Highly Recommended.

Great place for a business lunch, menu is fun, but bit quirky so you have to be ready to explore (though not as foodie as Proof). We take clients there at least once a month for lunch or dinner, great atmosphere.
