the true star is the Sambar. It’s rich, aromatic, perfectly spiced, and served piping hot. The fact that Sri Dosa Place offers this beautiful, flavorful lentil stew for the idli and vada to fully soak in elevates the dish to another level. Every spoonful is an explosion of authentic South Indian flavor—a harmonious blend of tang, spice, and savory goodness.

Sri Dosa Place is an amazing spot for authentic Indian vegetarian food! The Masala Dosa was perfectly crisp, the Pudi Idly melted in the mouth with just the right spices, and the Poori was light and fluffy. I also loved their Mini Tiffins, a great way to enjoy a variety of flavors. The service was quick, and the staff were very friendly, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommend this place for anyone who loves South Indian cuisine!

Highway robbery!! Paid 15 bucks for a small cup of chhole and bhatura size of a puri at the best!!!
This place was used to be decent. One of the best actually!! And they are now just greedy.
Do yourself a favor and order from anywhere else. Takes almost an hour to deliver food that is cold and not even enough to feed a 5 year old.

This place has always been a personal favorite, and for good reason. I’ve visited countless times, and what impresses me most is their unwavering consistency—the flavors are just as delightful every single visit. The food quality is truly exceptional, and the service is quick and efficient, making the experience even better.
If you’re a fan of authentic South Indian cuisine, this all-vegetarian gem is a must-visit. Their dosas are perfectly crisp, the idlis are soft and fluffy, and the uttapams are packed with flavor. Every dish reflects care and expertise, creating a dining experience that feels both comforting and indulgent.
Amazing work by the team—highly recommended for anyone who appreciates top-quality vegetarian food served with speed and warmth!

I don’t know why this place is having that much hype. We ordered idly vada combo and special dosa. Dosa was ok.
Idly was semi cooked and they changed it and later we are eating vada. Vada is also not cooked inside they took it and over fried and gave me its full of oil.
I think this place is only for dosas. I don’t recommend their chutneys too

Definitely a hidden gem for anyone craving South Indian food. Highly recommend it!

Food Quality and Quantity, and Price is the main reason for 5 Stars. I have done both Delivery and Dine-In multiple times and the quality has been consistent. This is a simple place (Indian Hotel vibes) so don’t expect great service or vibes. If you come here for authentic South Indian tiffin that tastes good at an affordable price, and not expect anything more, then you will definitely not be disappointed.

This place used to be great when it first opened a few years ago, but unfortunately, the quality has gone downhill. Earlier this year, in January 2025, I was served undercooked food—specifically, the lentils in the sambar were not properly cooked, which ended up fracturing my tooth and required a root canal. Despite that, I decided to give them another chance today, but I was extremely disappointed to find a hair in the sambar.
It’s frustrating to see such a decline in both food quality and hygiene standards. I wasn’t expecting a refund or compensation, but I do believe basic precautions like kitchen staff wearing hairnets should be non-negotiable. These seemingly small issues can have serious consequences and significantly impact a business’s reputation.
I’ve included a picture of the hair as evidence. Sadly, it seems like the management no longer prioritizes food safety or customer experience.

Everything we tried was really good! The dosa was crispy and flavorful, the Mysore bonda was soft and tasty, and the coffee was perfect to end the meal. The sambar was honestly amazing — rich, comforting, and the best part of the whole experience. The service was also quick and friendly, which made everything even better. Definitely worth a visit and highly recommended!!!
