Coming from Europe I wasn’t sure what to expect from this place, they have a large menu so I wasn’t sure what to get. The waitress suggested some fish tacos and some other things on the side and I wasn’t disappointed. The food tasted amazing especially for that price. I can’t even cook for that in my home country. The waitress was super sweet and funny, she let me try out a bunch of things. The music was a little loud but since we sat outside it really wasn’t an issue. Love this place and will go back!!!

By far the most shocking mexican food experience I’ve had in a long time in Escondido. Ordered carne asada burrito and rolled tacos. Burrito was barely toasted, tasted raw flour and gummy chewy raw flavors. Meat was completely under seasoned, almost as if the meat wasn’t even marinated. My wife mentioned it smelled and tasted just like a hamburger with pico de gallo.
Secondly, rolled tacos were cold on the inside and swimming in a runny guacamole. Soggy and bland inside. One bite of each taco and we realized it needed to go in the airfryer.
Lastly, the most shocking part; Watery green and red salsa. Almost as if someone decided, hey we are running low, I don’t want to make more salsa, lets add some water to it.
How can it be this bad? There are too many other mexican restaurants in the area for customers to deal with this kind of food.
