This placed was still packed on a Friday night when we arrived at 8:45pm. It was really loud since there was so many people but it was a fun atmosphere and the wait staff hustles to provide great service. Food was good too.

Great food! The quesabirria tacos were delicious. Cheesy and beef. Lots of flavor. Tender meat. Really yummy!! The chicken soup is big chunks of chicken, whole veggies and the rice and cilantro/onions on the side. Margarita was great. Cheese dip was delicious. All the food was great!

Best rice and beans I’ve had in Athens! The salsa gets an honorable mention too. I liked the chori Queso as well. There is handicap parking and I feel like it would be a wheelchair friendly place to eat, and I will test it out later and update this review!

Visiting Athens and needed good food after checking into our hotel up the street, so glad we chose this place! Everything was so delicious and fresh – my favs were the chunky guacamole, fresh salsa, and quesabirria tacos. The quesabirria was out of this world, the meat was so tender. The fajitas and carnitas enchiladas were also super yummy, and the rice and beans were perfect. Everything also came out very quickly and our waitress (I didn’t catch her name forgive me!) was super kind and chatted with us about areas to check out during our stay. Will definitely visit this place again if we are back in town!

We ordered 6 wings ( mild) with fries qand started eating them they were not cooked blood was dripping from the chicken I contacted them immediately they told me to bring it back when returned they gave me issues and only gave me $5 which didn’t make since that’s not how much the meal was I even ask to remake it

Came on a friday around 12 pm. The service was great, the server was readily available and very knowledgeable of the menu. The food was amazing, especially the rice. The atmosphere was pretty chill. They have plenty of vegetarian options and i recommend the lunch special if you comd during the right time.

This is one of the best, if not the best, Mexican restaurants I have ever been to, and I have been to dozens. Food is always packed with flavor, empanadas are crispy and flaky, and the barbacoa is amazing. The salsa, guacamole, and additional salsas they give you are perfection. Would eat here every day if I had the money.
