As an avid burger obsesser – I was super excited to try Squeezed. And it did not disappoint.
Couldn’t make a decision between the reverse cowgirl & N.Y. seoul… so I got both.

That Reserve Cowgirl burger stole the show — and I already have a top-three list back home. It jumped straight to #1. I wasn’t even that hungry and still demolished it. The sauce? Unreal. Full flavor, no shortcuts.
The mango lemonade was another win: not watery, not fake — real mango body and super refreshing.
They took the National Burger Award in 2019 — and yep, they still live up to it.
Staff were super chill and welcoming — you can’t help but relax.
We went around 14:30 and it was empty, so we basically had the place to ourselves. Small spot, but cozy.
If I come back to Bristol, this is a sacred stop. Yes, that level.

it’s a great place and I really loved the burger and I felt like it was bit cold inside had to wear my jacket , and one request will you guys be doing onion rings in the future would love to try those and will be coming back to try some more burgers soon.

I have to admit … I’m a bit baffled by the rave reviews.
At >£9 per single patty burger I expected more than a miniscule smash patty.
We tried the Reverse Cowgirl and Mucker and there seemed to be no seasoning or any flavours that popped. The RC was superior, but I’d go as far to say the Mucker was outright bland.
When we arrived we heard one colleague complain to another that he had bought the wrong rolls, maybe a small factor.
I’m from Bristol and had friends visiting who have never been to the city. I put together my own food tour for the weekend, mostly quick eats. I had never been to Squeezed and figured I’d give you a go to itch our burger scratch, after grabbing some Gurt Wings, on the basis “all the containers I’ve been to are fantastic, and the reviews for Squeezed look impeccable” (my own comment).
I’m sorry to say that all three of us were extremely disappointed.

Easily one of the best burgers in Bristol. The smashed patties are crispy, juicy, and full of flavour, the sauces are spot‑on, and the lemonade is genuinely worth the trip on its own. Service is quick, friendly, and consistent every time. Seating is limited, but the food more than makes up for it. A proper Bristol gem.

The only stipulation is that the fries are a little dry and could use with included dips, but for £1 a dipping pot, you cant complain!

Burgers are excellent with a smaller selection and the wait times not too bad. Small seating area but that comes with the wider area it’s in. Always had great service whilst there in person but when I’ve ordered online there has been at least two occasions where either the wrong burger has been sent or no fries so that impacts.

Really good quality food. Not just the burger with its combination of ingredients was super, also the fries and lemonade, spot on worth buying the deal, we had five-five-five and reverse cowgirl burgers, very impressed with the sauces that pushed the burger to another level
The girl at the till was very polite, the location itself a bit basic but in its way it was a good ambience.

We had the EE Chee Wa Maa and the Werburguer plus fries and a lemonade. Both burguers were amazing, personally my favourite was the Werburguer. The fried were one of the bestones I’ve had in Bristol and the Lemonade was supertasty yet not too sweet, whixh for me is a plus.
The staff was amazing, superquick and efficient and the waitress was supernice and caring, checking a few times on us.
Definitelly recommended!
