Parking is located to the rear of the building.The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, especially helpful since it was my first visit and I had no idea what I wanted. They walked me through the menu and made great recommendations.
I ordered the Dancing Days Salad, a fresh and flavorful mix of greens, chicken, strawberries, goat cheese, mint, citrus-glazed walnuts, and white balsamic vinaigrette. Every ingredient tasted vibrant and perfectly balanced.
I also tried the Twist and Shout Smoothie with raspberries, blueberries, peanut butter, banana, flax, cinnamon, apple, Greek yogurt, and almond milk. I added whey protein, and it was exceptional, rich, refreshing, and packed with nutrition.
Both the drink and the salad were outstanding. I will definitely be returning and bringing friends along to introduce them to these amazing, nutritious options.

So delicious! I finally tried it for the first time yesterday and I am obsessed! The fruit is beautiful and fresh, no yellow or green strawberries. Perfectly sweet. Beautifully arranged. Can’t wait to try another bowl.

I want to preface this and say that I am usually a HUGE squeeze fan, we come here almost weekly. Today we went and picked up our order and when we got home I realized my redemption song bowl (which is usually a vibrant green as in the picture on the website below) was a dark green-brown color. It tasted off, like something was bad or something extra was put in it. I ate all of the toppings because for the $15 price point I didn’t want to throw the entire thing away. But I just couldn’t eat the smoothie, something was wrong with it.
I did call and spoke with the manager about something being off with the bowl. She did explain that she was the one who made the bowl herself and the recipe hadn’t changed. I am just disappointed for the $15 price point that it wasn’t up to par. Usually every time I come here they knock it out of park. But today this bowl and experience left me with a sour taste (literally and figuratively).
Update: I returned again and although I did not get a redemption song bowl, my husband got a landslide bowl, my son got a 3 little birds smoothie, and I got a “We got the Beet” juice and hotel California salad with chicken. It was all phenomenal! I am changing my review to 5 stars as I cannot let one bad experience reflect what is usually a great experience. I will be back again soon!

Very very rude. Ordered a smoothie and a salad. Salad didn’t come. Waiting 10 minutes at the counter to inquire and got ignored. When I asked about the salad the response was “I don’t know I didn’t take your order” very huffy about me asking. Waited another 10 minutes to get the salad. Total experience took about 30 minutes for simply a smoothie and a salad at a carry out location. Lots of attitude coming from these girls. I’m out of town looking for places for teams to eat – looking for very healthy options for athletes. Very unfortunate that this place has to be taken off the list.

One of the only local smoothie bowl places and they never disappoint. Great premade options and ability to create your own. Lots of options to include in your bowl.
The inside is kind of small and sometimes the line is almost going out the door. It would be great if you didn’t have to wait in line to pick up online orders but it’s still definitely worth it. Some times parking is a bit tricky also.
