Ok, let me first say I remember the old squatters and it was an amazing. I’ve been here a few time since it was bought out. It’s a good brunch spot for sure. They have pretty good drink specials and the Benedict and scones are great. The pizza was super mid and not worth the money hence my 3 star review. It tasted like frozen. Of course the beer is fire and makes it all worth it.
I’m very had the chilaquiles and it was great with a side of the chilli Colorado.

It’s another day when it rains it pours. Don’t worry, I got another cool place for you guys to visit and enjoy yourself . We stopped here at the Pub just to have dinner and a few drinks . It was a hunger that got me and my husband to go and check it out. This was such a delightful place to see , music was playing outside and inside. The Music was perfect it was not too crazy or loud. Quiet as you enter, the atmosphere and energy of this place is so much better than the other places I’ve visited. As the bartender we just met greeted us with a smile and told us we could sit anywhere we liked As we glanced around we can see that it was getting ready for a busy night. Sal, was our bartender and server and welcomed us and helped with our orders, since this was our first time there it was much needed! My husband and I started our appetizer with Chicken wings and as our appetizer came out and served on the table, it looked delicious and we loved it! You guys have got to stop on by, have some few drinks and a large size nachos as well, great menu options. We had ordered Squatters burger and Tator tots, and my husband had the Bison Burger and fries . Sal, who later introduced himself to us and shared some good things about the newly opened restaurant. I just wanted to say thank you Sal for your hospitality and service and giving permission to interview you. This will surely help others a lot in finding their new place to dine. Lastly, it was a pleasure meeting Sal and the place was a very cozy and welcoming experience. The food was fantastic snd good! . We shall be back for more ! next time, I am ordering the Nachos with tons of meat!

Cool brew pub in the heart of downtown Salt Lake. Great beers to choose from, I enjoyed every beer I tried. Typical elevated pub menu. The food is a little on the pricey side. I got a burger and chili (was a bit disappointed in the chili kinda watery and bland). Burger was good though but not for the price. The bartenders were excellent and attentive and I enjoyed the overall vibes of the place. 4 stars!

Our lab recently had dinner at Squatters Pub Brewery in Salt Lake City, and it turned out to be a wonderful experience. There were seven of us in total, and the atmosphere of the place was warm, lively, and perfect for a casual group gathering.
We started off with a mix of drinks, some of us went for cocktails while others opted for soft drinks like Coke. The drink selection was impressive, catering well to both those who enjoy craft beverages and those who prefer non-alcoholic options.
For food, we ordered a variety of dishes to share, including a veggie burger, a chicken bowl with rice and vegetables, a veggie pizza, and chicken tacos with a creamy white hot sauce. Every dish was flavorful and well-prepared, fresh ingredients, balanced seasoning, and generous portions. The veggie burger and tacos stood out in particular for their taste and texture.
Overall, Squatters Pub Brewery delivered a great dining experience with excellent food, friendly service, and a relaxed atmosphere. It’s definitely a place worth visiting, whether for a group dinner or a casual night out.

We had a party of 25 on a Friday night. The wait was an hour- they got us in 55 minutes later! Better to give us an accurate time and be early than tell us a half hour and wait 55 minutes- thank you!

Next we get seated and our waiter collects our drink orders and returns our id cards in order without confusion.

Finally- 25 plates all got delivered at the same time. It honestly didn’t feel like it took that long to cook and serve either.

It was a great night and we highly recommend the Curry soup.

We stopped in for a beer but you have to order food too so we appreciated the very small sack plates as we had just had lunch! Wish we could’ve stayed longer, they have a great variety and a large bar inside. I will return when in SL!

We stopped by Squatters Pub Brewery in downtown Salt Lake City and had a really good experience. The place has a classic pub atmosphere with a lively crowd and a relaxed downtown vibe. It’s a great spot to unwind, especially if you enjoy craft beer.

The food was tasty and satisfying. We tried a couple of their pub-style dishes, and everything came out hot and well-prepared. Their beer selection is definitely a highlight, with several house brews that are smooth and flavorful.

Service was friendly and attentive throughout the visit. It did get pretty busy during peak hours, so there was a little wait, but the overall experience was still enjoyable.

The waitress was very nice, bright smile, attentive and fun. She had an unusual name that I can’t remember.

The food was really good. The steak sandwich was one of the best meals since visiting the states. The fish was also said to be good.

The venue was busy and a good sign. We had a fun night here and would recommend.
