We found this on DoorDash and truly are OBSESSED. Everything is SO good. We order this almost every day at work! Eating our way through the menu but every sandwich and wrap has been beyond incredible. Best sandwiches in Cleveland! The chopped wraps are in my dreams. Thank you Square Cafe- we love you!

I got the flatbread pizza from here and it’s absolutely delicious. It looks small but don’t underestimate it. It will fill you up especially when paired with a beverage like I had. Really good food and the Man taking my order was really funny we talked while waiting for my order to be ready and he’s a pleasant man to talk to and his wife was super nice.

I just had THE BEST chicken chipotle wrap i think i ever had and this thick creamy iced nutella latte! That was seriously just so incredibly delicious!
Service time is a bit slow if youre in a hurry, but theyre working with probably the smallest kitchen I’ve ever seen. Order ahead of time for work and youre all set!
They make up for it by not skimping on portions and that flavor! They mean good food and value!

Nice new cafe in the Hunnington Bank building. You can enter from Euclid Ave or from inside the building. There are tables inside, as well as out in the building lobby by the fountain. Food was decent. I went for breakfast and got the breakfast burrito. I wish they had a traditional breakfast meat like bacon or sausage…but all they had was ham. Adding other meats could improve the breakfast menu. Lunch menu looked good with toasted sandwhiches and flatbreads. Service was nice, pretty quick. Would go back for lunch sometime.

I am beyond disappointed with Square Cafe. A month ago, I came here and was impressed by the food and the owner and his wife’s hospitality, so I was excited to return today. What a mistake.
First, they gave me the wrong sandwich, in the wrong size, despite me specifically ordering a large because I wanted leftovers for dinner. Then, I realized I had been over charged, When I went to address the issue, the owner brushed me off and handed me over to his daughter, who flat out said, “I can’t help you.” Absolutely no accountability, no effort to make things right.
To make it worse, when I sat down and tried to eat, I realized the sandwich wasn’t even the correct order — I ordered a turkey club, but they served me something entirely different. So I ended up with the wrong size AND the wrong sandwich.
It’s frustrating because the food here can be good — that’s why I came back. But this experience showed me exactly how little they value their customers. Downtown workers don’t deserve to be taken advantage of just because there are limited lunch options nearby.
I will never return to Square Cafe, and I strongly recommend going anywhere else. If you’re nearby, skip the frustration and grab the Chipotle across the street instead. At least you’ll get what you actually ordered.

The owners are nice and the food is okay. However since they moved the wait times for a simple sandwich is upward of 30 minutes. The chicken isn’t even real so not sure why it takes so long to warm it up and put it on bread. Also, they no longer have their homemade soups. The only truly fresh item in their menu is salad. If you decide to eat here place your pick up order a head of time using DoorDash or another vendor. If not you will spend your entire lunch break waiting on prepackaged food since they will prioritize those orders ahead of their walk in customers.
