This is the old Atwood steak house. It has a great fresh menu. Has smoked and barbecued meats. I had the brisket stuffed potato and it was amazing! The wait staff was great and very friendly. The owners are so inviting! This is a must on your dining list! It is more than worth the short drive!

Such a great place to eat! Very welcoming environment and friendly staff! The fried pickles were amazing not greasy had a nice crunch! Got a hamburger and sweet potato fries as my meal and let me tell you hand down best hamburger I’ve ever had and I travel for work I’ve been all over this country nothing compares to what I had at Spurz. Lastly we got the bread pudding bites to go and they are simply delicious! 10/10 will be back while we are in Colorado!!!

Had the most wonderful experience, the food is absolutely amazing! I’m a travel CNA and I have traveled to many states. (Alabama being home) I can honestly say that has been the best burger I have ever eaten! Also had the fried pickles and bread pudding bites they were delicious as well! Would definitely recommend! I will definitely be back while in town!

Oh my gosh! My husband and I ate there yesterday and the food was incredible! We had the Brisket and it was perfecto! Great flavor and moist. Cheesecake was to die for! An amazing place to eat. Highly recommend this restaurant!

Traveling across Colorado on Hwy 76, we thought we’d be limited to fast food chains for dinner. How happy we were to spot Spurtz Grill. Friendly service in a nice clean atmosphere. Great burger with the fixings and hot crispy fries, and fish and chips. We were able to enjoy cocktails, and hot tasty funnel cake fries to top it off. We’ll keep this restaurant in mind the next time we pass through (Thurs-Sunday)

Definitely worth the drive! Enjoyed the brisket platter and country fried steak. Country fried steak was hand battered on site, along with most other items on the menu being homemade, and brisket was smoked to perfection.
Wish we would have had room leftover for their homemade ice cream and cheesecake.

Absolutely Delicious! My husband and I were extremely impressed with the quality of food, welcoming staff, and comforting environment. My sirloin paired with the homemade whisky sauce was cooked perfectly, incredibly juicy, and packed full of flavor! My husband ordered the brisket, which was fork tender, and melt in your mouth. For dessert we enjoyed the funnel cake fries and homemade cinnamon roll ice-cream which was heavenly. We will be returning frequently, and recommending anyone with ears!
