What can I say that you don’t already know? It’s The Spudnut Shop! A local iconic pastry shop that’s been open longer than I’ve been alive, making all of their spuddies from potato flour.
Personally, having lived in the TC for 40 years, I’d say they’re still the best and as good as ever! 10 / 10.

I love spudnuts. I get a mixed dozen and am never disappointed. I look forward to the day I am one of the old men that get to spend my morning with a cinnamon roll and coffee occupying one of the the tables in the early morning. Only in Richland though. I will never step foot in one of the new locations. I am terrified of what a spudnut may taste like manufacturer in a different environment. Ingredients may be the same. But nothing tastes better than nostalgia!

After I was treated rudely by a couple of the female staff on two separate occasions, I researched if the shop was under new ownership and sure enough it was sold two years back. I have so many good memories of this place being pleasant and inviting. I never had a problem with anyone there before but it’s too hostile at this point to return. Closing this sweet chapter of my childhood.

I love this place! Yes the donuts are absolutely the best in tricities, however it’s the friendly smile I’m greeted with, and the warm atmosphere that keeps me going back there again and again. It reminds me of the small town coffee shops my parents took me too in the early 80’s, good folks young and old just enjoying each other’s company ❤️

This place is small but mighty! Service was fabulous! Food is amazing! They need a much bigger space to operate in. Trays of donuts were everywhere. No display case to show off all that they offered.

Very unique donut texture, you can’t find it in Seattle! The donuts are denser but not oily nor heavy! It was really yummy! Many flavors to choose from and they kindly accommodate nut allergies!

Wow, what amazing experience. I felt I was in another country where they appreciate senior citizens. Counted over 24 seniors during weekday morning at 10 am. Excellent breakfast & coffee & potato donuts. Had to take a dozen to share with friends & family.

I tried the maple and cinnamon roll maple and they were just ok. Next time I’ll get the different style as I have always loved the potato based dough but for some reason today wasn’t hitting the way it has before. Staff is friendly and great selection. Feels like an old school diner and love the ambiance. Plenty of seating even on a Saturday.

Where the climbers go to eat breakfast. This is the highest praise I can give to an eatery in an area.

It’s the same as it always was! A true Tri-Cities institution, and the new owners haven’t changed a thing. Great spudnuts, great staff, sometimes no room to sit down but if you need a stop by for a dozen or even a few, do it! My favorite is the cinnamon roll.
