Great hamburger. The fries are also very good. I discovered this restaurant last year. Since then, my wife and I stop for a hamburger weekly. It’s a forty minute drive each way for us, but worth it. Rates right up there with Black Iron Burger and Five Napkin burger in Manhattan. High meat quality makes all the difference.

Great food and a fun, nostalgic vibe! I had the flounder sandwich – sublime on a brioche bun with house made tartar sauce and crisp romaine – my husband loved his classic cheeseburger – cooked med-rare. Fries were fresh and delicious. Staff was super too. Highly recommend!

Absolutely hands down one of our favorite places now! We were just passing through and the restaurant caught our eye so we decided to stop on our way home. So glad we did.
The woman who took our order was lovely. I believe she was the owner as we chatted about how long they’ve been there. Their food is unique and has fun names!
I got the Mexican burger with bacon, waffle fries, and a drink. Hubs got the Cowboy burger with sweet potato fries, and a drink.
The flavor is out of this world. The atmosphere is so fun — a juke box, retro decor, a more private area good for families with kids games. Great ambiance. We were both happy with our choices and will definitely be back with the kids!!

Decent burger. I forgot what is was called but it had mushrooms, Swiss cheese and A1 steak sauce. I asked for light A1, there ended up being no sauce. Fries were okay. Had those with a side of brown gravy which was good but not quite enough. Everything costs extra…no biggie I get it but signs all over referencing extra anything costs extra was a little off putting.
Pretty cool old school vibe. There’s even some arcade games.
The counter guy was very nice and on top of things. He was great.

First time there tonight. Got wings that were amazing, but needed more sauce. The burger I got was amazing and so were the fries, but the 4 star is because my boyfriend got the chicken sandwich special and it had barely any chicken in it. The lady at the counter was lovely and the atmosphere was awesome. Would give them a try again.

Our family stopped at Spud Shack for a nice lunch. The service was fast and friendly. The decor was so nostalgic and fun. Our food was hot and made fresh. We really enjoyed this lunch. The kids liked the 50’s vibe and the food. It was fried, but delicious. Definitely a guilty pleasure. See pictures of the spot and our lunches. We would recommend if in the area.

We stopped by for a bite. We got cheesey bacon fries, a grilled cheese, cheese dog, and shakes. It was all affordable and delicious. The menu also has many options. The workers were polite and friendly. I definitely recommend stopping here too. The food is worth it. It also wasn’t crowded at all. They are also very accommodating. This place is truly worth 5 stars. It’s a. Ice little piece of the past in a small town.

This place slaps. Totally trying the whole menu. Fries were primo. Crispy. I want some onion rings next time. Burger was on point.
Room for improvement: I’d like to see just a catsup squeeze bottle vs just packets for fries. That can get a lil tedious. & bottle would go great w the diner feel.
