It was a cold windy night and I didn’t feel like leaving so I got spud ranch on wheels through Uber Eats and it was absolutely delicious. I got the traditional baked potato and a cheeseburger on Texas toast and I loved both. The potato was GIGANTIC. I put the plastic knife as a reference but if you ever looked at the price and may have been discouraged, trust me. You’re getting your moneys worth. the cheeseburger was spectacular. Even after the 20 minute delivery drive, the bread was still crispy and buttery. Will def get again but try a different potato next time.

They loaded that sucker up on top of the biggest potato you ever seen. Was still super hot when we got home (20 minutes). I can’t describe how amazing it was, you’ll have to go see for yourself.

My parents and I were visiting from Michigan and I had no idea what I was getting into when i ordered. I was not disappointed! I swear it was the biggest potato I’ve ever seen topped with the tastiest brisket, bbq sauce, and mac and cheese! Whenever they handed it to me my mouth fully dropped in awe. It was the size of my head! If I didn’t live a three hour plane ride away I’d return here asap!

So so excited when I heard Spud Ranch had a food truck nearby! They were parked at Screamin’ Chameleon, a new food truck park and bar, in Universal City! I ordered the Crispy BBQ Chicken Spud and added Mac n Cheese and oh myyyy was it delicious!!

My little family and I just stopped by, my wife ordered the chopped steak spud, my son got the texas original spud, my daughter got mac and cheese, and I got the brisket spud, we all loved it a lot. Only thing I’d say could be better was salting the spud skin. Make them with butter and salt before dressing them. I still give a 5/5 stars.

This was so good! The guys there were upper nice and let us know upfront that it was a wait, we said okay no problem! And they gave us the funnel fries when we went to get our food. So thoughtful. I would definitely go here again. Everything was perfect.
