What a view! Our server was Careen and she was fantastic! Very attentive. My Wagu steak came out lukewarm but the flavor was excellent! My wife’s burger was super tasty. One of the best she’s ever had. Were it not for the lukewarm steak, it would be a five star review. When you spend $78 bucks for a steak it needs to be perfect. Careen offered to heat it up but I declined. She did give us a $10 discount which we didn’t expect. Overall a fantastic experience. Can’t beat the view!!!

The best part about this place is certainly the view and the ambience. The food was also really good and the holiday drink was definitely a hit. The service was not the best however but not awful. Definitely worth another visit.

I ended up here twice and had fabulous experiences as solo diner. The first night they put me at a cute high top and the server gave some excellent recommendations. The second night I sat at the bar and all of the servers were engaging and lovely. The food was amazing and so I don’t mind paying a higher price. And the views? Phenomenal!

You definitely need more bartenders specifically on a Thursday. The bar was not even full and I had to wait a long time to get acknowledge. On my first time on Tuesday was amazing of course there was not many people.
For such a luxurious place in Palm Beach they should take it a little more seriously about that. In the other side the busboys at the bar are amazing and super helpful and friendly. We need more bartenders like them.

Yay, the menu has gotten better!!!!! It’s been awhile since I’ve been here and WOW it was sooo good. We went on a Friday evening, no reservation, with a nice mix of diners. So clean and great decor with downtown own and intercoastal views. The mojito was on point for me, a tad bit sweeter like I like it!!! Don’t miss the lobster rolls they were Delicious!!!! The skirt steak was juicy and tasty, along with truffle fries. Will try their dessert next time. Service was just right, checked on us but not too much. Definitely give it a try!!

My girlfriend and I went to dinner on a casual Wednesday night on our vacation. I had seen the reviews and we were both excited to visit. We walked in and the hotel is beautiful. The valet was attentive and the front desk was very helpful in directing us to the rooftop (different elevator than the hotel).
The host was very nice and seated us to our preferences. Our server came by undressed like the rest (white hoodie and her phone was very visible from the front pocket, call it a ‘silhouette’). She took out drink order (while tying her apron) then our food, and that was it …
Never returned to take a drink order or check to see if we needed silverware for our second course (of which, we had to ask the server assistant for).
We were ignored until I had to ask for the bill.
The food is great, the atmosphere was amazing, but if you happen to be placed with ‘jezelle’… walk out and pass

My girls and I loved the atmosphere and food at this beautiful restaurant. The only downfall was that our server was very inattentive and visibly not happy to be there. He did not smile once throughout our dining experience and hardly came to our table. We waited extensively long for our food to come out while watching other tables get sat, eat, pay, and leave around us. I can’t say if this is a reflection on the service here as a whole or just this server in particular, but we were sadly disappointed by this.
On the other hand, the food was delicious. Everything we ordered tasted fantastic and we booked our reservation during the sunset so the view was beautiful. Overall, the food and atmosphere made up for the unfortunate service and we still enjoyed our experience. I would return to try again with another server because of the beautiful view and tasty food.

This rooftop restaurant at the top of The Ben hotel was our destination for this Sunday’s brunch. Of course without a reservation, we were perfectly satisfied sitting at the beautiful bar looking over the wonderful marina, what a panoramic view! The atmosphere is buzzing with activity, aided by the live samba music & we started off with craft cocktails which were expertly prepared. I had the burger and my wife had the crispy snapper wrap, both were outstanding & the fries were amazing. Will definitely be returning to try dinner. As you would expect, all of this does not come cheap.

We had the Ravinia Festival Group dinner here on Tuesday, 2/24/26 in the Henry Ballroom and it was exceptional. The views were amazing, the service was absolutely fantastic and the food was memorable, to say the least. We had tomato bruschetta, arancini and watermelon stuffed with feta for the appetizers. The guests had a choice of stuffed chicken breast, shrimp with polenta or butternut squash ravioli along with a great dessert bar while our musicians played. I can’t thank the staff enough for their attentive service.
