The Spruce Kitchen is the best restaurant in Dillingham and I’d argue the best anywhere on Bristol Bay or the Nushagak. They grind the meat for their burgers, shop for fresh produce every day and their pizzas are unbelievably delicious. The beverages they order are healthy and delicious. The restaurant is sparklingly, immaculately clean. They will never serve anything subpar, I can’t say enough good things about them. Delicious food and impeccable service. 11/10 Would recommend to everyone!
