I love this place so much. I eat here almost every single day. Their pesto chicken bowl is my fave with cauliflower rice and avocado. I also love their salmon bowl and salads. And their smoothies (specifically La Frida) is absolutely addicting and packed with protein. Their coffee is very rich and smooth as well. Furthermore, their staff is always so nice and accommodating. Ross always takes care of us and always has a smile on her face as do the other ladies and gentleman. Very polite and friendly.

What really bothered me was the hidden service charge applied to a pickup order. The menu states a 5% service charge, which should have been $1, but I was charged 10%, or $2. It’s not about the dollar amount—it’s about the principle. Adding a higher, undisclosed fee for pickup feels dishonest and leaves a bad impression.

I was looking up healthy eating options since I was staying nearby. As I was looking up options, I originally chose one then saw Sproutz pop up on the map and my curiosity kicked in.
I figured I go there since it was closer, and I was impressed by the menu (complex) and yet everything I would normally eat when I’m home!
I had the mango juice and a side of tuna – perfect for a late day lunch.

Nothing Like a Warm Smoothie in Hot Miami!
Because what could be better than sipping a **lukewarm** mango smoothie in the blazing heat of *Hot Miami*? Refreshing, right? Totally what I needed while melting on the sidewalk.
I paid $11 for what I *thought* would be a cool, tropical treat. Instead, I got a warm, sad cup of mango-flavored confusion. When I asked the cashier why it wasn’t cold, she didn’t speak any English and simply tossed in a few ice cubes like that would magically fix it. Now it was just a **watered-down**, barely-mango, disappointment slush.
And just to top it all off? The hotel gave me a coupon I couldn’t even use—because apparently, spending $19 disqualifies you from saving a dime. Love that.
So to recap: Hot Miami sun. Warm smoothie. Frozen muffin. Useless coupon. Amazing combo if you’re into irony and regret.
Thanks for the memories—I’ll treasure them while sipping an *actual* cold drink somewhere else.

Sproutz is a clean, modern spot with friendly service and a tech-savvy setup—ordering is done via iPad at the counter. We had the poke bowls, which were fresh, delicious, and generously portioned.
A great choice for a quick, healthy meal in the area. Would definitely be coming back!

Food was good, service was very quick. Ross was very helpful. Nice to have an option for fresh, healthy food instead of fast food. It’s a little pricey and there is a mandatory 10% fee added on to your order, but I would definitely go back.

Good Ambient and tasty food. Had the Cilantro Shrimp Bowl with a Mango smoothie, and the lady was nice enough to redo the smoothie cold (You have to specify add ice in the order selection it seems).

It was delicious and the service was very nice and one person very sweet to me while I was working through what I was going to order. (blonde hair woman- sorry I should have asked your name)- thank you for your kindness. More expensive than I thought. A salad with salmon+ Plus a bottled water= $41. I would go back, (it was very good)- as it was good place to grab a healthy meal- once you get past the sticker shock for a quick grab and go atmosphere I was impressed with the flavor.
