I was visiting town and I went here on a weekday for the buffet. I was greeted by the friendly cashier. I paid then I seat myself. The buffet is basic with pizza, chicken, and salad. The dessert has cookies, cakes and ice cream. There wasn’t any food labels as I have to asked the staff regarding the casseroles. Food was mid. The games room was clean with a few rides. The staff were friendly overall and the atmosphere is clean.

So brought our littles to the Incredible Pizza Company and it was fun but could’ve been much better. We visited on a Wednesday afternoon after purchasing our tickets online. This place has it all, all you can eat pizza, pasta and more. It’s buffet style so you can return to it multiple times during your visit. They also have an arcade, movie theater (one screen), bumper cars, a couple of spinning carnival rides, lazer tag, go karts, trampoline area and prize station, all indoors. So much to do! You can purchase just the buffet or add a package with arcade card and or purchase with the activities. What they don’t explain online is that the rides/ attractions are only run at the top of each hour or so. If you purchase 6 attractions/activities you can plan on being there from (say 4pm when the attractions start)4pm-8pm and still maybe not get to do 6 attractions.
All in all it was a fun experience for the kids and something they’ll probably always remember.

Our family had a blast here! The food selection was good, there were some items that were obviously not fresh, but plenty that were. The kids had a blast in the arcade! Only a couple machines were down but if it took credit off the card and wasnt playable, the staff were quick to add the credit back to their card!

Incredible staff! Incredible games and activities! Incredibly TERRIBLE food.
We arrived at opening and we’re the first ones to the buffet. All the food looked like it had been sitting out for a while. But unfortunately, even if it had been fresh, I think it still would’ve been terrible. Neither my kids or myself ate a single lunch item that didn’t taste like cardboard, plastic, or chemicals. Aside from the cinnamon rolls! I will say, they were delicious!!
As far as everything else, we had a wonderful time!! My kids enjoyed it very much! The facility was clean with a great atmosphere.
I would highly recommend eating lunch or dinner elsewhere, then going to Incredible Pizza for the games and attractions.

This place has really went downhill since we last visited a few years ago. The buffet conveniently places the tiniest paper plates that are maybe 5 inches wide that dont even hold a slice of pizza closest to the food, along with cheap disposable plastic spoons (not forks). They no longer have trays to assist parents in carrying multiple plates for their kiddos. NONE of the ice machines worked so they had a pitcher of melted ice sitting out next to the machines for people to dip from . The buffet prices are crazy high after you add on the $1.99 EXTRA that they charge you for drinks on top of the ADVERTISED buffet price. For myself and 5 kids it was $100.24 for JUST the buffet to eat. The receipt also had an extra charge of $8.50 for a service fee. For what exactly?! The food was nothing special and my 5 year old definitely did not eat the $13 worth that I paid for on him alone. The games are overpriced, the tickets they win are low, and the prizes they cash in for are cheap junk or candy that looks like it’s from the dollar tree store and costs a high number of tickets. Andy B’s is a better option if youre looking for an arcade in Springfield to visit and the games and laser tag there are half price on Mondays. Very disappointing experience for families. My kids got gift cards to this place for Christmas and we made sure to use them up so we dont have to go back.

Fun place to go to with friends and family. Once we walked in we were greeted with a warm welcome. Our cashier Hannah was extremely helpful with the packages!. The buffet was delicious, i couldn’t stop eating the cinnamon rolls. The game room employees were fantastic with running the attractions and keeping everyone safe and informed. The prizes in the ticket booth were great and it was easy to collect tickets off the games. Overall incredible pizza is a fantastic place and i will definitely be returning!.

Been there many times. It’s been getting worse over the last couple of years. Tonight’s visit was incredibly horrible. I hate to even say this because we used to love going here. It started with an incorrect charge for a buffet that was never corrected. We walked around the seating area 3 times trying to find a clean table. Some look like they had been dirty all day. We finally found the cleaning spray and rags to wipe a table down. Two of the employees watched us clean the table. Throughout the night, not one employee was working to help with anything. In fact, they all looked as if they hated being there. Pizza bar stayed nearly empty, although there were pizzas made on the back counter. Several people had to stand around to get pizza. So much food on the floor, all over the restaurant. The drink stations were filthy! Pizza was mediocre, at best. All of it was very dry and minimal toppings. Moved over to the gaming area. We had 5, yes 5, machines charge against our gaming card and the rides did not even work. Literally a terrible visit from start to finish. More than likely will never return.

We are locals to Springfield, and have been coming to Incredible Pizza for YEARS. We have never had a bad experience and always look forward to our trips there. Yesterday however was quite disappointing – probably one of the worst experiences we have ever had there, or at any arcade.
We were informed yesterday that their new weekday hours are from 4-7 which are extremely tight and now they only offer pizza during the week. It’s crazy how much you will pay and only have a few pizzas to choose from and no time to play. They have attractions that are open as well, if you can find someone to actually operate them for you and you are there are the open window times. I have no idea why an indoor attraction would have such limited hours when the weather has been terrible? It’s legitimately one of the only things family’s can do when it’s too cold to play outside.
It was Incredibly disappointing that we went for a birthday at 5:30 and didn’t have any time to enjoy the very limited buffet or to play any games. We were being rushed, as they continued announcing a countdown over the speaker warning they were closing every 10 minutes. The workers weren’t very kind either and acted like they didn’t want to help with attractions or prizes. How is a business supposed to stay open 3 hours a week and expect customers to be happy with such a rushed pace and a ‘buffet’ with a few pizzas on the bar? Especially for locals that are use to a huge buffet selection there and much more time to enjoy and play? I hate to see this happen to your company – because it’s a staple but this business model and new move isn’t sustainable.
My wife, myself and my 8 year old’s experience was $72. We won’t be back.
