However, since there was a price difference, they had charged me more, and after remaking the drink, no refund was offered at all until I specifically asked. In the end, I was refunded only $0.75, and I was not given a receipt, so I have no idea whether the correct price difference plus tax was refunded. It felt like I was still overcharged based on the menu pricing.
While the amount itself isn’t huge, the way this was handled and the attitude were disappointing and not acceptable!
On top of that, the milk tea itself was very watery and lacked flavor.
Overall, a poor experience that I wouldn’t recommend!!
The Takoyaki? Probably our favorite out of everything we ordered. Super hot and fresh and really delicious. 10/10. The rice roll had the best bouncy soft silkyness and great flavor. I shared my 1 order I would have definitely ordered another one. Our least favorite that we ordered was the fried tofu. Tofu was hot and fresh and crispy BUT the “sauce” or not even calling it a sauce. The oil used was extremely bland. It wasn’t it. If they changed the sauce for the tofu it would have been much better but the choice of oil they use for it does not suit or complement the tofu at all.
I was really full and satisfied by the end of my meal and debated getting a matcha filled croissant, but I will save that for next time. Lots of little things to choose from off this menu. Come check it out and give them some love.
