Delicious food – very fresh ingredients and special preparations. The service was top notch and the wine selections were great.
It’s an a la carte menu but they were able to serve us tasting menu style which was lovely.
Look forward to visiting Spring after the renovation!

My husband and I are huge foodies and this place definitely fits the bill! The atmosphere is cozy but the restaurant is tiny so make sure to make reservations in advance! The service has always been impeccable. The food is incredible and you definitely get to try a lot of different unique dishes.

I gave the food 4 stats because my snapper was well done and needed a knife to cut. The Salmon tartar “snack” was the star of the show. The chicken liver Frios gras was great. The waygu plate was good, but the mushrooms on it were fab.

The staff were very nice, but extreme overkill. Each time we took one drink from our water glasses, they would run over and fill it. We tested it, less than 10 seconds, so we stopped drinking for a bit of privacy. I wouldn’t call it romantic because you never get left alone. But, as far as Marietta GA goes, it’s incredible. About 40 seats and 6-8 staff, so prepare to feel smothered. No bar. Not kid friendly. A first date night, when you aren’t sure what to talk about, that’s about right. Beer and wine only, but no worries, go next door for a shot if courage, LOL. Park across the way, easily.

I always enjoy this place and recently went for my birthday. I got more bread for my birthday dessert because it’s my favorite thing there. Everything else is good too, it’s one of the few places that I sometimes order the vegetarian dish because the pasta option is always amazing. This is what we got this time around:

SEARED BLUEFIN TUNA, sesame, chili oil, kohlrabi

PERSIMMON SALAD,
Humboldt Fog, chicories, pecans, pickled apple

CHICKEN & LEEK SOUP,
sherry, winter truffle

PAN ROASTED HALIBUT,
turnips, radishes, enoki, garlic chive, beurre blanc

PICANHA & BRAISED SHORT RIB
, carrot, barley, beech mushroom, bordelaise

WHITE CHOCOLATE & GRAPEFRUIT,
white chocolate mousse, grapefruit sorbet, tarragon

CHOCOLATE & HAZELNUT TART,
Hazelnut chantilly

Spring is a cozy retreat into nearly perfect food and service. Portions are on the small side, but packed with quality and layered with unique -and often surprising- flavors. I believe the menu changes four times a year, and there are around three choices per course. As for the overall experience: I don’t know if this is Michelin star restaurant, but if any restaurant in Cobb deserves a star or two, this one does. The service is exceptional; with excellent pacing and attention to detail. The food & drink always surprises and delights.

This was the second time my wife and I have been to Spring. We live roughly an hour away, so we make a special trip of it to visit this Michelin star restaurant. Both times have been equally wonderful with different menu selections each time. The menu is very fine-tuned, yet present varying options for different tastes. Never have I seen a more attentive, knowledgeable and polite staff. It’s a breath of fresh air being able to eat and enjoy dinner at such a quality establishment without the hassle of the white table cloth experience and over the top dress code. Keep the amazing food and service and we’ll continue coming back!

My husband and I took my brother-in-law to Spring for his birthday. The atmosphere was perfect in that it was very nice but still approachable (I wear jeans and a blouse). The food was incredible! I have several dietary issues- gluten and dairy free – and the waiter and staff not only accommodated me but didn’t even blink an eye when I informed them on my limitations. If you visit, you can definitely go all out and do a 4-5 course meals, but you can also visit and just get an entree for a great price. We will definitely visit again soon!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Spring on Saturday evening. The restaurant had a modern contemporary design, warm lighting, and a minimalistic atmosphere. It was small and intimate, creating the perfect setting for a Michelin-starred experience. Josh our waiter was very knowledgeable and attentive, the decor and ambiance were perfect, the food was excellent and the presentation was immaculate. Both owners were kind and even brought out our dessert: a yummy-filled cruller with cherry almond ice cream and olive oil cake with chantilly frosting and strawberries. It was exquisite.

With my foodie sister in town, we decided on Spring, as it comes highly touted. We both walked away with the same sentiment. The food is good, but not quite at the incredible level as surely not commensurate with the pricing.

It has been a year between eating here and this review. It took me this long to reconcile what I wanted to say.

The scene is sort of stodgy and dark. But, I don’t care about the atmosphere. The food is my singular goal. The service was outstanding .

We started with the fried oysters. Very nice delicate presentation. Next up was the carpaccio which sang a sweet song and was definitely the stand out. My sister had grouper and I the lobster. I lobster garganelli was very well prepared. Really delicious. The grouper was rather uninspiring. With such a great piece of fish, you don’t have to do much. There was just too much going on to muddle the taste.

They have a very nice wine list, but top heavy in price. Our choice was exceptional.

The key for me for any good restaurant is whether I would want to return. That’s what held my review up. I was in the fence. After one go, I am not sure I would go back. It’s expensive and good, but not outstanding.

Spring is truly a gem! From the moment we walked in, we were treated like royalty. The service was impeccable—warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly. But let me tell you about the food… It was, hands down, the best we’ve ever had.

My husband’s foie gras was out of this world, and my potato gnocchi? Life-changing. Every single bite was so thoughtful and bursting with flavor. The drinks were delightful and perfectly crafted, and the desserts were the perfect ending to an already amazing meal.

This wasn’t just dinner; it was an experience. Spring absolutely deserves a Michelin star and a service award—through and through. If you’re looking for a meal that will stay with you forever, this is the place. We can’t wait to go back!
