It’s an a la carte menu but they were able to serve us tasting menu style which was lovely.
Look forward to visiting Spring after the renovation!
The staff were very nice, but extreme overkill. Each time we took one drink from our water glasses, they would run over and fill it. We tested it, less than 10 seconds, so we stopped drinking for a bit of privacy. I wouldn’t call it romantic because you never get left alone. But, as far as Marietta GA goes, it’s incredible. About 40 seats and 6-8 staff, so prepare to feel smothered. No bar. Not kid friendly. A first date night, when you aren’t sure what to talk about, that’s about right. Beer and wine only, but no worries, go next door for a shot if courage, LOL. Park across the way, easily.

It has been a year between eating here and this review. It took me this long to reconcile what I wanted to say.
The scene is sort of stodgy and dark. But, I don’t care about the atmosphere. The food is my singular goal. The service was outstanding .
We started with the fried oysters. Very nice delicate presentation. Next up was the carpaccio which sang a sweet song and was definitely the stand out. My sister had grouper and I the lobster. I lobster garganelli was very well prepared. Really delicious. The grouper was rather uninspiring. With such a great piece of fish, you don’t have to do much. There was just too much going on to muddle the taste.
They have a very nice wine list, but top heavy in price. Our choice was exceptional.
The key for me for any good restaurant is whether I would want to return. That’s what held my review up. I was in the fence. After one go, I am not sure I would go back. It’s expensive and good, but not outstanding.
My husband’s foie gras was out of this world, and my potato gnocchi? Life-changing. Every single bite was so thoughtful and bursting with flavor. The drinks were delightful and perfectly crafted, and the desserts were the perfect ending to an already amazing meal.
This wasn’t just dinner; it was an experience. Spring absolutely deserves a Michelin star and a service award—through and through. If you’re looking for a meal that will stay with you forever, this is the place. We can’t wait to go back!
