Fresh poke bowls made to order! Choose your size (“kid” size for one scoop of protein, regular for 3 scoops, large for 4 scoops), your base (sushi rice, brown rice, or mixed greens), your protein, up to 6 toppings, your sauce, and your garnish. I got a regular poke with sushi rice, salmon, toppings (cucumber, mango, double pineapple, and double seaweed salad), poke sauce, and cilantro. It was a lot of food; I had it for dinner and then for lunch the next day. The fish was fresh, and I really liked the sauce. The only ingredients that were frozen instead of fresh were the pineapple and mango. Service was very quick.

Wow, this is a great value in Truckee! I had the regular poke bowl and it was huge- I’ll have the rest for lunch tomorrow. The food was delicious, the salmon and tuna were ample. They let you totally customize your bowl, so it was exactly what I wanted. My husband had the sushirrito which was also large with lots of seafood.
This is a small place, not many tables, so if it’s busy you may want to order to go. Staff was nice and polite. We’ll definitely be back.

I had a chance to try this place and was impressed. the owner is very nice and took some time to explain how his billing works. I had a large bowl which was outstanding. The ingredients were fresh and the bowl tasted great. I plan to go back next time I’m in town.

The best sushi burrito I have ever had!!! The fish is super fresh and delicious. The miso soup was good. The dragon roll amazing. So pleased to have found a great quality sushi place here in Truckee. Very reasonable prices and big portions. I will be coming back to try more of the menu.

Casual local sushi and poke restaurant. Inside there are about 4 tables that seat 4 people, seems like a lot of people do take out. We have eaten here twice, once we ordered poke, the second time we ordered a sushi burrito and assorted sushi rolls. We ate at the restaurant on a Saturday night and it was busy but not overly crowded, just a steady stream of people coming in. Everything we ordered was tasty, the restaurant is very clean. Restaurant is efficiently run. Highly recommend, we will keep coming back!

I guess the multicolored fish is supposed to be the salmon. Brown on the outside yellowish orange on the inside of which looks better in photo than in reality.
I guess the Dragon roll is the same as the shrimp tempura roll. I was too scared to eat anything after seeing the brown salmon.
My apologies I just don’t wanna see anybody get sick. Spoke to owner. Very nice person said, he’s going to try to find a better vendor for the fish. hope they find one because it’s awesome having a new poke restaurant in Truckee!

Fresh fish, nice variety of toppings/sauces, & not outrageously priced. The small size was the perfect portion for my lunch. The owners are friendly and welcoming too. I’ll definitely be back.

I love good poke and When Spring Poke & Sushi opened, I couldn’t wait to check it out. They offer 3 sizes of poke bowls depending on your appetite. I chose the medium size which includes 3 scoops of protein, which was perfect for me. I choose 2 scoops of ahi tuna and 1 scoop of salmon. The fish was fresh and super tasty. The build your own style of poke creation is fun and allows for creativity. I love their poke and look forward to going back soon for another delicious meal. Besides poke, their menu also includes sushi, which I look fwd to trying. Give this shop a try and enjoy some amazing poke in Truckee!
