WHAT HAS MADE SPRING CREEK A FAVORITE DINING DESTINATION FOR OVER 35 YEARS? First and foremost are our delicious barbeque specialties – ribs, brisket, chicken, sausage, pulled pork, ham and turkey. With pits fired up daily at all of our locations, we get up early to hickory-smoke all of your favorites, and our ribs are then chargrilled for extra flavor. We feature a homemade BBQ sauce, made from our own secret recipe, fries and okra cooked to order, fresh salads with homemade dressings, giant loaded baked potatoes and the best home-baked bread you’ll ever taste. We can proudly say that we are still slow smoking after all these years!

Delicious food. Had the brisket and the pulled pork. Solid A for the Italian green beans and B+ Mac and cheese. The rolls were hot out of the warmer and melted in my mouth. Great staff. Brought fresh rolls to the table for our entire meal. Was there at lunch for lunch menu pricing. The peach and pecan cobblers looked fantastic but I was too full to try dessert. A good choice for BBQ in a comfortable spot.

Not a bad experience. The sides were excellent. Loved the rolls. Barbeque sauce was very good. Nice mix of sweet and tangy. The brisket seemed like it got a little to much love ( touch dry), but tasted excellent. Overall, very good.

Thank You, Janet!

Huge shoutout to Janet for the amazing birthday lunch at Spring Creek BBQ in Frisco, Texas. OMG, the brisket sandwich with BBQ sauce was out of this world—savory, smoky, and perfect with every bite. The sides were fantastic too: potatoe salad, purple onions, and those jalapeños gave it just the right kick.

Grateful for your thoughtfulness and for a delicious celebration with great company. You made my day extra special!

If you’re ever in Frisco and craving BBQ, Spring Creek BBQ is a must-visit. Thanks again, Janet!

Came at an off hour, in between the lunch and dinner rush, but still had fresh food. The BBQ was so good. The sausage was not too oily but cooked just right. The French fries were hot.

The staff were were attentive and friendly, when asked questions or when needing to go boxes.

The prices have risen significantly since our last visit, which wasn’t too long ago. Be aware that your total may be a bit steeper than expected. Still well made and good but may not be able to come back as often.

We went to the one in Frisco and it was so good. Fresh food….the bread and desert was so yummy. I usually go to the one in Richardson, but it has been lacking, so we changed up and was not disappointed . And received a complimentary dessert. It was so good, and the bbq sauce was totally saucing.

Visiting from NYC and our cousin took us here and the baby back ribs were amazing! Our toddler loved it also. The hot bread right out of the oven,

The workers were also so hospitable and made us feel so welcomed! He brought out some pecan pies for us to try. They were crispy and warm, absolutely delicious. Coming back next time we visit!

I had somewhat high hopes for this place as I’ve had some good experiences at their other locations throughout the DFW metroplex. But unfortunately I was disappointed overall.

First the good: they still have their hot fresh bread baked fresh and served at your table. There’s something very welcoming about the baking and giving you as much bread as you want. The sides were also good and the chicken was excellente today.

Unfortunately the same can’t be said about the two main meats I got, the brisket and the sausage. They were both rather tasteless and uninspired today. Add on top of that the butcher really butchered his attempt at getting me decent cuts and you get what you see in the picture I posted. The guy really just didn’t know what he was doing, which is a damn shame given that’s one of the most important positions on the staff.

And then there was the check. Since when did a two meat plate cost $20!?! Plus tax and *tip and you’re look at $25 for average bbq. Heck no. For that money, I’ll go further up north to Hutchins or Rudy’s. A bit sad since the value and flavor proposition for Spring Creek has apparently gone out the window.

*No tip was given since the cut of meat received was atrocious.

Wasn’t bad and wasn’t great it tasted like a typical chain bbq restaurant. I got the brisket lunch and did a mix of fatty and lean, along with some beans and mac and cheese for the sides. The brisket bark could have used more salt and pepper before smoking it and was just kind of meh. I’m not really into bbq beans, but they tasted fine, maybe a little sweet for my liking and the mac and cheese was good. The fresh bread was really good, and they’ll bring you as much as you want…

This is the first time I’ve been in your restaurant in a long time. I asked for moist beef. What I received was two orders of ribs and beef, It seemed to be old Meat not fresh. The meat was tough and burnt and dry. To the point where I couldn’t even eat it. That lady with rolls came by once. But delivered higher rolls to the other side of the restaurant twice. I’m sorry, but I don’t think it will be back. The quality is dropped at Spring Creek barbecue.

Run of the mill TX bbq, no frills, but also less expensive than others. The brisket was tender and juicy with a slightly underdeveloped bark, pulled pork was decent for texas. Their ribs are a bit sweeter than most in TX, more akin to Southeastern BBQ, they also had St Louis style ribs. Their sides are pretty typical and nothing stands out on its own but nothing is bad either. Their hot yeast rolls are a highlight and their sweet tea is SWEET.
