We came in and Tina made us feel welcome and we came in for the amazingly huge Bloody mary. The grilled toast bread for the 2 burgers is a great idea! also other snacks on board chicken nuggets and mini corn dogs as well as chicken wings and cheese and sausages . It came with two chasers. If say a great deal for us two!

Food was good, high quality bar food. Service was also great. Our server overheard my kids ask for one of my pickles and brought them out a small plate of pickles to share. Lost one star because my kids got slushies and that was a 5 dollar up charge for each one. No where on the menu did it state that was extra, so that was a large unexpected addition to our bill.

Tried happy hour on a Tuesday Afternoon in March
Arrived around 4pm, we were only patrons in the restaurant. Around 10 people when we left.
Excellent interior/exterior ambiance. Nice outdoor area was available with firepit. Bartender was our waitress. She was very good.
Happy hour is 4-6pm Mon-Fri. Half priced apps and buy one get one free beverages.
I ordered Popcorn Shrimp and Classic Wisconsin Cheddar Curds. Spouse had Bruschetta Toast and Chicken Tenders.
My food was barely edible. Over deep fried and you could tell it was basically frozen food.
My spouse said bruschetta was good, chicken tenders were OK.
Doesn’t management taste what they are serving? I’m glad I didn’t pay full price.

Had to go there for the Monster Mary for$45. So much stuff on it mozzarella sticks. Lil corn dogs, 2 sandwiches, cheesecurds, pickles. Beef sticks. Etc etc the beer chasers were big also. plus i ordered the bacon and curd burger and my ol man ordered the bison burger. Very good burgers, the potato wedges were very good also. More burgers and pizza.

What a great place to eat! Food and service was amazing!! My only complaint was the bar was a little loud with the TVs going but they have a nice dining area too.

Service was awesome and the monster Mary was definitely more than I expected. The perfect starter on game day. The only mistake that was made was ordering the monster Mary for myself. There was so much goodness, I wound up leaving with leftovers. Thank you Spring Brook for one the my best Sundays ever!

The atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable with sporty wood and stone decore throughout. We ordered the Monster Bloody Mary, which is a full pitcher of beverage topped with several finger food items and choice of a large specialty beer or standard beer selection; see photos. The food and beverages were very flavorful. I recommend this for a party of three or more.

My family and wife’s family have been coming to Spring Brook for Dells visits the last 5 years. This is the second time we ordered from the restaurant, and man, is this trash. My wife’s food was “okay” for getting fettuccine from a non-Italian place, but their definition of a 12 oz. ribeye is absolute deception. The first ribeye I ordered and took back to our rental looked boiled. Medium order, severely overcooked. The cook wasn’t even close. Temp off by a long shot. I got about 1/3 through it and decided to head back to talk to a manager because it was just too bonedry. Unfortunately, no shift supervisor or manager was around, granted, near closing. No foul. I was able to get a re-fire, but this one was worse! The ribeye is about as thick as 3 stacked DVDs, just the disks, not cases. I have it sitting in the fridge so I can go back tomorrow morning and talk to a manager. Considering guests can easily spend a couple thousand or more to stay here for a week or longer, it seems like the restaurant is pretty trashed. I asked the bartender if they have a grill. They don’t, at all! And they certainly have no idea how to pan sear and oven finish a steak. Both orders looked boiled, like it was boiled either in a pan or in a microwave. Just absolutely the most wretched steak I’ve ever had in 39 years, as a Nebraska kid. My advice? Go somewhere else if you want a steak. All this for almost $30? You’ve got to be kidding me, Spring Brook! WTH! I didn’t even bother trying to eat the re-fire. Not worth my time. I’d rather ask the manager why in the world they’re serving such a poor cut of steak that is so razor thin.

Went there for the ultimate bloody mary and loved the whole place. Will definitely be back to try some other menu items. The bartender was very friendly and attentive.
