We sat outside in a beautiful day! Our server was quite nice. The sweet potato fries were excellent. We ordered the Sprigs burger which didn’t quite hit the mark. Then we realized it was served without the pimento cheese which made a big difference, I think. I only ate about 1/4 of the burger which I ordered well done, but it came with some pink in the center. This was my first time at the restaurant. Love the outdoor seating. Maybe I’ll try again… perhaps a salad?

Pretty great restaurant! The servers are super friendly, and the food comes out really fast. I especially loved the trout — it was delicious. The atmosphere is really nice too. I’d strongly recommend this place and definitely want to come back someday!

Somehow I thought this place was vegan. Not sure why. It’s not. Had an excellent burger. Expensive (and prices had another uptick since w months ago) – $25 for a burger with sweet potato fries. But very very good. Will return but not too often.

We came with a big group for my husband’s birthday. Reservations were easy to make. The atmosphere is bright and open but small. They have an incredible selection of whiskey and bourbon. Parking is easy. We really enjoyed the food and service was good. They have great cocktails

We stopped by Sprig on a Thursday afternoon, and we were immediately greeted by a warm and welcoming staff. Known for boasting the most extensive whiskey list in Georgia, and rumored to house a legendary speakeasy, this restaurant definitely piqued our interest.
We decided to sample a variety of their lunch offerings. The Quinoa Salad was incredibly fresh and vibrant, a perfect light start. The Grit Fries were a delightful surprise – crispy on the outside, creamy on the inside – and the Chicken & Waffle Sliders were a delicious combination of sweet and savory. But the star of the show was undoubtedly the “World Famous Sprig Burger.” It lived up to the hype, juicy and flavorful, a true testament to their culinary skills. The portions were surprisingly generous for lunch, offering excellent value.
To complement our meal, we ordered the Whiskey Peach cocktail, which was exceptionally well-balanced and refreshing. Our server, Eric, was outstanding. He was not only attentive and friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. He even gave us a sneak peek of the secret passage to the speakeasy! Let me tell you, it was mind-blowing. We also had the pleasure of chatting with Heather, the wealth of knowledge manager, who further fueled our excitement about the speakeasy.
Unfortunately, the speakeasy is only open at night, from Wednesday through Saturday. But after seeing the hidden entrance and hearing about the atmosphere, we’ve already made plans to return and experience it for ourselves. Sprig offers a unique dining experience, combining delicious food, an impressive whiskey selection, and a touch of mystery. Whether you’re a whiskey aficionado, a foodie, or simply looking for a memorable meal, this restaurant is definitely worth a visit.

We had an enjoyable evening at Sprig for the most part. The atmosphere is really cute, cozy and friendly. The waiter was impeccably attentive, friendly and efficient. Two of our three meals were great, well-cooked, seasoned and surprisingly delicious. The only caveat is the World Famous Sprig Burger. We ordered a medium burger, but it was medium rare, mushy and room temperature on delivery. The pickles were unexpectedly soggy – not the best. The fries were both almost burnt and yet too oily at the same time.. Quite disappointing given the rest of our meals and great service. We could have sent back the burger meal, but our guest did not desire any more of the food from Sprig, unfortunately. Given the wonderful staff, we probably should have asked for a redo. Otherwise, everything was wonderful.

Went for Sunday brunch and the eggs Benedict was fantastic. We sat on the patio and it was very nice. There’s a speak easy that’s open W-Sa evenings and we peaked in and it looks fun and cute.

Went another time for dinner and the world famous burger and brussel sprouts were delicious!

2025-8 update: Went for lunch and as expected the meal and service were excellent. Nice selection of lunch items all impeccably prepared. We had a Korean wrap and a Turkey bacon club. Our server (Jason) was excellent. This really is a great restaurant.

2024 review: Great neighborhood restaurant for a nice meal. Atmosphere, service and selections are outstanding. We had a couple of their World Famous Burgers with bacon jam (delish!!!), Meatloaf and Lamb Stroganoff. All were excellent. Our cocktails consisting of The Kind Word, a Cranberry Orange Moscow mule, and a Chardonnay were all very good. They have an excellent Bourbon selection also. Inside it is cozy and inviting with a nice bar. There is also a nice outdoor seating area. This is a popular spot so if you come at popular times, be prepared for a wait.

So we were a group of 4 sans dinner reservations, our wait time was 75 minutes, and for good reason, the food and drinks here are top notch. The nice host offered for us to wait in their speakeasy in the back until our table was ready and we happily obliged. The speakeasy was small but had a nice vibe. The 2 mixologists in the back were very knowledgeable and our drinks were Delicious. Their Old Fashioneds are made with Weller, that in itself is enough said. Their liquor shelves in the speakeasy were a little lacking but that was made up by the extensive whiskey collection in the restaurant. After some amazing drinks, we finally got to sit down in the restaurant and order some food. Our waiter Sam was amazing. She was very cheerful and upbeat, and she basically recommended the best options on the menu. The three out of four of us were between two items and she helped us choose the best option. I don’t think you could really go wrong with anything on the menu. But we had for appetizers, the stuffed portobello mushrooms, the grit fries, the calamari and the roasted brussel sprouts. Everything was delicious, especially the portobello mushrooms. Shout out to the chef who came up with that because it was absolutely delicious. For our main dining we had the shrimp and grits, their world famous burger, the lamb stroganoff, and the ravioli with blackened salmon. Again, everything was delicious. Shout-out to Sam again for putting up with our shenanigans. We had an awesome experience and will be coming back when we come back to Atlanta. They’re toasted Apple Old Fashioned was delicious as well. See pics of you’re a visual eater.

We have been here for multiple brunches and dinners. They always do a fabulous job. They have a great menu with lots of gluten free options. They have an amazing bar with great cocktails and bourbon selection….and a speak easy that was festively decorated for the holidays. Just a great neighborhood location or a great place to drive across the city to try. Always well prepared and tasty food, excellent cocktails and friendly staff.

My favorites are the shrimp and grits, fried chicken and the grit fries but there are so many tasty dishes!
