My wife and I are such fans of this ice cream shop! Whenever we’re in Richmond, we make it a point to stop by and indulge in a scoop (or two). What sets this place apart is its unique and creative flavors.
My personal favorite is the Salty Chocolate Chip Cookie, while my wife can’t get enough of the Movie Night flavor. The quality of the ice cream is consistently high, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming.

Excellent ice cream, with unique flavors and pleasing textures. They seem to rotate options with new inventive recipes, keeping some beloved mainstays continuously, like “salty chocolate chip cookie.” Look at their website to see flavor descriptions (and options for the week). I haven’t seen written descriptions at the store, but the people who work there are kind, offering descriptions verbally and generously allowing samples.

The spotty dog ice cream company is the best ice cream we have ever been to in our lives. This is not an exaggeration. My wife and I are, what we consider, “ice cream connoisseurs”. We have traveled the globe in search of phenomenal ice cream. This one takes the cake (no pun intended). Every flavor is so unique and so well done. We don’t live in Richmond, but every time we’re there, we have to stop in!

Great quirky ever-changing selection of super premium ice cream. I tried two flavors today: blueberry sweet corn and summer berry pie. My partner had salty chocolate chip cookie. All three were excellent. We arrived when they opened at 2pm and the line grew quickly behind us.

Five stars is not enough!!! One of the best sundaes I’ve ever had. Staff is so friendly and was so helpful with giving us samples and describing the flavors. I chose the Salty Chocolate Chip Cookie flavor which was INCREDIBLE. I got a hot fudge sundae which was absolutely perfect down to the cherry on top. I cant wait to come back and try every flavor!

Best ice cream I’ve had in a long time! We sampled plenty of options and I settled on the salted chocolate chip cookie with sesame caramel. My husband got a banana pudding milkshake. Everything we tried was delicious and you can tell the ice cream is made with very high quality ingredients. The gal behind the counter was very sweet and helpful. We can’t wait to come back!
