This was our first time at the Spotted Duck and it was so worth the drive. As a family of 6 we got two of the large Seneca flights so we could all have the chance to try all the flavors available. Unfortunately they were out of two of the flavors but they just doubled up on some of the flavors to compensate. The ice cream was so smooth, creamy, and flavorful. They use all natural ingredients and you can definitely taste it. The coffee, blueberry lavender, and spicy chocolate flavors were my favorite but all of them were incredible. The added fun part was getting to enjoy our ice cream while being surrounded by the ducks, chickens, and a peacock that live on the premises. You can ask for food to feed the animals at no additional charge. We will absolutely be back again. Next time I’m going to bring a cooler full of dry ice so I can bring some pints home.

My family heard about this place from some friends, and we were in the area for other business. Very nice little spot off the highway with decent parking.

This place was quite an experience and totally was worth the 2 hour detour our trip from Boston to Niagara Falls. Their custard was fantastic. I was a huge fan of the “Real Cookies and Cream” and “Vanilla” flavors. I must say, in terms of ice cream/custard, I don’t think it gets much, if any better than this. I loved seeing the ducks and enjoyed getting to take pictures there. I would recommend making this a stop on your road trip, even if it is considerably out of the way.

Delicious custard! They have so many fun flavors that rotate seasonally. Many flavors are gluten free. I really love the flight options so you can try all the flavors!

It was great, 12 flavors, sadly one was gone for the day. We got the 12 flavor flight (doubled up on one flavor) and we’re not disappointed. Best non-dairy ice cream I’ve had. The custard was awesome definitely in the top best ice creams! The farm was cute. My only suggestion would be to have some kind of water station for guests.

We heard about Spotted Duck from YouTube video. Totally worth the detour from New York to Niagara Falls. This place offers varieties of flavors, aroma and colors. You cannot resist on that lavender hint and their Fleur Blue. Amazing atmosphere with adorable ducks and friendly chickens. Well maintained little spot with delicious custard. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

A unique experience eatting custard made from Duck Eggs. Gave the custard a richer flavor and texture. We appericated the beautiful view, variety of flavors, care given to details, and the additional parking in the back!

A fun place to get ice cream. You can see the ducks that they get their eggs from, there is lots of room to walk around outside and a peacock! The staff is friendly and efficient. We loved getting the flight to share and try all the flavors.

A small custard stand where everything is made on site using local ingredients. They even have their own flock of chickens and ducks for the eggs they use. Their custard is very good, with a large selection of flavors. You can order “flights” to try different flavors at the same time. I do think they are a little pricey – $2.75 for a single scoop, which is about the size of a golf ball, plus another buck if you want a cone (also made inhouse).

The ice cream was amazing! Has a very unique and creamy texture as they use duck eggs. We were not expecting to see all the farm animals in the backyard of the shop as well! You are able to sit next to the ducks and chickens while sitting at a table and having your ice cream. Would 100% go back again. We went 2 days in a row while on a trip!
