Honestly I think these photos can explain for themselves how good these biscuits truly are. But in case that’s not enough for you, I just have to say:

The Briscuit: This brisket tastes like it is smoked by an actual BBQ joint? It’s so juicy and moist, with the perfect smoky flavor. The sandwich may seem small but let me tell you, I was full for hours. The protein / biscuit combo is top notch.
Monte Cristo: It’s a breakfast and a dessert, it’s SO good. It sham packed with a million flavors but it doesn’t feel over done. It feels like the perfect blend of flavors, definitely recommend trying if you are looking to explore fun creative takes on the Monte Cristo classic. Or simply if you want to have a flavor party.
Gravy Train: These biscuits and gravy are what I have been searching for. It’s not boring, but it’s not too crazy. It’s the perfect blend of the classic biscuits and gravy, with an added punch of jalapeño that really rounds out all the flavors! Love this spicy situation.

The vibes here are great! They also have fun Red Bull concoctions as well. Their food is easy to grab and go, taking it back to the office or back home but they also have some tables and chairs if you want to stay and hang out, lots of space for working as well! Bonus points for being in our downtown skywalk system!! 10/10 recommend.

After hearing from a friend how good this place is, my husband and I finally had a chance to try it and we were not disappointed! We ordered the bacon and egg biscuit sandwich and The Gravy Train to share and both were so delicious. The Gravy Train was huge and was piled with large chunks of sausage…so good! We had very friendly service as well. It’s a great spot to grab and go but also has tables to eat there. This is a great addition to downtown Spokane for a yummy, quick, casual breakfast or brunch.

Food was incredible. And the gal at the counter was extremely helpful and kind. I had seen pictures of this new place and immediately knew I wanted to try it out. I took two of my employees to lunch and we all try a different sandwich and loved them all. I especially loved the Monte Cristo

The biscuits are SO good. The Monte Carlo was the best breakfast I’ve had in a long time. I feel like the egg sandwiches would benefit from some extra seasoning or a sauce, but the quality of the biscuit makes up for a lot. Will definitely be back!

A must-try new spot in town!
Just discovered the new Biscuit Bar downtown and I’m already obsessed. The breakfast and lunch sandwiches are next level—it’s comfort food done right.

The location is super convenient if you’re working or running errands downtown, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Fast service and food that hits the spot.

Definitely a new favorite. Can’t wait to come back and try more menu items!

The food and service are too notch! Hardest part was deciding what to order, everything sounded great. Biscuits are flaky and soft, with a nice crisp outside.
I rated the atmosphere lower just because the seating is in the hallway (which is wide enough for a few tables) Great spot for a quick downtown lunch.

Good selection of food, incredible biscuits. Tried the Briscuit and the Gravy Train. Both were incredible, not dry, perfect comfort food. The owner gave probably one of the best customer service I’ve had downtown in a long time. Incredibly friendly. Highly recommend stopping by here!

Every time I have come for biscuits the staff have been so friendly and always make me smile. I have only had the biscuit with butter and jam but they are the best biscuits! I keep saying I need to try other things but the butter and jam one is too good! The shop is small but there is seating in the skywalk area. It’s a great place! Go try it! 🙂

Biscuits & Gravy were OK. Too much jalapeño and onions. We also had to eat out of a cardboard box. Kinda lame. Really nice workers
