Driven past this restaurant 100x and I never stopped until today. I ordered a Philly cheese steak and 10 wings. Wings were average, but the Philly cheese steak hit the spot! Probably one of the best ones I’ve had in the greater Chattanooga area. Staff were super friendly and we will be back of course to try other things!

Spoons has become my go to spot for lunch and dinner options here in Cleveland Tennessee. It has an old school back in the day vibe. I haven’t eaten everything on the menu….yet, but I’m working on it . As of yet , but I will say that the taste there is consistent every time I’ve gone. My favorite go to items are the catfish, plate with coleslaw and fried okra as my sides. I also enjoy their fish sandwich and fried shrimp. Very satisfying!! You can also get grilled fish and shrimp there as well. It’s a great spot to just sit, relax, talk and enjoy good music, food and friends. If you’re in town or visiting , go , check Spoonys out!

We ordered for the Super Bowl 20 wings, pull pork plate, phili sandwich, chicken finger plate, catfish plate, and fried green tomatoes. The food was incredible, great flavors, fresh, affordable prices, and great customer service.
The young man who took my order was also serving tables and helping in the back preparing food. He had incredible work ethic and made sure everyone was taken care of at all times.
We will be back!

Hidden Gem.
My Mom and I were looking for a place to eat that we hadn’t tried. We stumbled across Spoonys.
From the moment we parked we felt welcomed.
Rodney, aka “Spoony” and also the owner, greeted us as we stepped out of our vehicle and welcomed us in with a smile, like we were old friends.
The menu had a large variety and was exactly what we were looking for.
I have a natural tendency to judge a place by their chicken fingers, lol.
Spoonys did not disappoint!
Everything was fresh, yummy and made with care.
We had the lava cake for dessert and delicious does not even cover how good it was.
They also offer other enticing deserts that we will definitely be going back to try.
Spoony also told us that they have live music often and a buffet style meal on the first Sunday of every month.
If you’re in Cleveland, looking for a yummy bite, and a super friendly atmosphere this is your place.
It won’t disappoint!

I was in town for a project and Spoonys was recommended to me. I’m so glad I came on a day they were open. I was told to get the catfish platter, so I did and rounded it off with onion rings and cole slaw. The cornmeal crust on the catfish was crispy and seasoned just right. The fish was tender and one of the best catfish I ever had. The onion rings were battered and stayed crunchy. The hush puppies were a nice accompaniment. I enjoyed the iced tea sweetened with the pineapple juice.
Definitely recommend if you’re in the area. Just make sure they are open the day you’re wanting to give them a try. If I get a chance to come back to Cleveland, Spoonys will be on my list of stops.

I have had catfish multiple times and decided I just couldn’t stand it. Until I went to Spoony’s! The catfish was crispy and delicious, hush puppies were soft and delicious. Service was great. It was a cute hole in the wall. They also have AMAZING pineapple tea!! We bought 8 1/2 gallon jugs

We have lived here over a year and just now tried this place. We absolutely LOVED it. The food was amazing and fresh. The service was very good , you can tell they take pride in their restaurant. I got the catfish platter and my husband got the chicken tenders and a side of okra. Everything was so good! We will definitely be back.
