My only complaint is the decor and the crappy chairs as they were uncomfortable. They’re overdue for some new furniture. I went with my little brother for the first time and we loved the food and the customer was impeccable. Our waitress made recommendations and all of them were perfect. The inside is pretty big. As soon as you walk in you’ll be greeted with a line of people waiting for their to go orders and call in orders. It is self seating so first come first serve. When you get in look for an available and then you’ll be greeted at your table. I recommend getting the social iced tea or a fountain drink. Refills are complementary which was amazing. You can come here without getting a biscuit or the fried chicken. Whether it’s chicken wings, breast or thigh it’s worth it. The grits are delicious and the catfish was fried perfectly. The gravy that they use to smother the shrimp was phenomenal. I can’t wait to come back. Yall should definitely try them out!

Horrible experience at Spoons.. Manager hates her job and you can tell by the customer service she provides.. I’ve been coming to spoons for years and it’s sad to say I won’t be back..
Drove 40 minutes just for her to tell me my order wasn’t placed because it was over $30.. she could have simply told me that over the phone.. and then she has a attitude about it like I was in the wrong..
She could have asked me to pay via card over the phone and I would have. Instead she wanted to argue with the young lady who took the order initially..Horrible experience.. she’s fatigued and needs to be coached on how to conduct business.

I haven’t been inside yet, but I’ve ordered for delivery and wanted to leave a review that my food was sealed to perfection, the food was packed in nice containers and the presentation of the food was good. Everything thing looked delicious, and tasted amazing!!!!! I don’t know who is in the kitchen, but damn they really did their thing with the food. They also don’t play about the portions, my plate was heavy. I have had food from restaurants including Trick Daddy new spot which has nothing on Spoons.

Was served raw food twice until was told was rushing to go home the first time got order the second time still the same way even worst i could barely chew the meat it was hard yet still pink in inside call next day was told call back when manager was on duty around 11 today i called manager refuse to give money back or compensate me for my complaint management told to wait till restaurant owner call me back to see what he wanna do but there was nothing they could do this why I should have stuck with the breakfast place in the same plaza horrible customer service never again

Ive been eating here for years and last week I found a piece of steel wool fiber in my waffles. I called and complained and before I could speak the last on the phone said bring it back. I sent my boyfriend to bring it back and all they were concerned about what the price for the dish I bought instead of my health. They voided my entire order and then turn around to ask for the money for my second order. Their was no apology and I could have sued. I’m very disappointed on how this was handled

This was my 4th or 5th visit to spoons in the past 2 weeks and i’m very disappointed in the service & the management. My eggs had a hair in it & instead of the manager apologizing and replacing it at a later date he insinuated that I put the hair there & that I lied about the cheese because I added a piece when I got home. Made me send a picture and return the plate all to say I planted to the hair. Very distasteful & i’m so disappointed. Lady at the front counter handled it the best way she could, manager 0/10.
