Customer service was phenomenal!!!!! Immediately greeted, I struggled to see the menu and the person helping me out was a rockstar! The pasta was just awful. I don’t really know how else to say it. It could have been my mistake for having somewhat decent hopes with their seriously Italian marketing but it was truly awful, I can not believe they are charging $20 ish bucks for it. The pizza was substituted (I went back after my pasta noodles were stuck together and crunchy) the plain pepperoni pizza was good. The crust was great, and I’m not generally a fan of crust.
Again, fantastic service!!! I probably won’t ever have the pasta again if I go back but thank you to the kind employees who swapped out my meal.

The pizza was truly delicious, with a well-made crust—crispy on the outside but airy enough on the inside to keep it from feeling too heavy. One of the things I really liked was the option to choose different sauces as the base, which is a great perk for those who enjoy experimenting with flavors. I went with the pesto sauce, which I love, and it did not disappoint. It had the perfect balance of garlic, basil, and cheese, adding a depth of flavor that paired beautifully with the toppings.
I decided to add extra burrata because, honestly, who can resist good creamy cheese? However, I wouldn’t recommend it in this case, as it completely melted away in the oven. I was expecting a more noticeable cheesy flavor, but it ended up getting lost among the other ingredients, so it didn’t have the impact I had hoped for. That said, I chose some of my favorite toppings, which is always a good call.
Overall, it was a great experience, but a few small details kept it from being perfect. A fair rating would be 4 stars.

I’ve had their Magherita Pizza several times..I ordered in person came home and opened my box to a disrespectful display. Sloppily cut yellow plum tomatoes and offputing white sauce. The young man who made this needs to explain.

This is one of our favorite places to get pizza in the Orlando area. It’s located in Avalon Park and is an absolute banger everytime we eat here! You can’t go wrong with a twelve inch pizza, up to six toppings for $10.99!!! Also, if I may add, get the balsamic vinaigrette as a drizzle!! It truly is a game changer!!! They have a wide variety of sauces you can choose for your pizzas or pastas. I’m particularly fond of the arrabbiata sauce, it’s got a bit of a kick. So make sure you head to Avalon Park, head into The Marketplace and check out Spoleto Italian!!! The people here are absolutely wonderful and their lunch special on Wednesdays makes for a great date!!! Kids also eat free on Wednesday!!! #BeAHappyHuman

I got 1 small container befitting a side salad. I paid over $25 for this alone. This place is a scam. A rip off. Take your business elsewhere.

Amazing food, I come here very often to grab lunch or a bite for dinner . Customer service is excellent as well ,also a great selection of variety on the menu. My personal favorite is the build your own pasta and for desert their tiramisu is amazing. Definitely recommend!

Tried spoletos for the first time. Ordered the supreme pizza, and was plenty surprised. The ingredients were fresh, and the dough was light and just the right kind of chewy. Paired with a beer from Bowigens, and dinner was a success. Glad to have them at the marketplace.

Nice staff. Food is extremely expensive for fast casual. I ordered the Spicy Farfalle Pasta, a side salad, and a water. $27. The pasta was overcooked, the “spicy” was non-existent, and the chicken breast was so dry it looked like Melba toast. The salad was an iceberg lettuce afterthought with a “balsamic” vinaigrette that tasted like it was sold in industrial barrels. Bland, uninspired, extremely expensive and unappetizing. But, like I said, the staff was nice.
