I review a lot of places and this one is a definite stand out. They made some amazing cocktails and live music at the brakes bar. After some time in the brakes bar, I grabbed a spicy chicken sandwich and a beer. The sandwich was massive, flavorful, and contained some of the best fried chicken I’ve ever eaten. I will be back. That sandwich will forever live in my dreams. Highly recommend

I have waited over a year to come here. I lived in Virginia and looked up places to eat in Baton Rouge for when I did move. I found Spoke and Hub. I cannot begin to say how great this restaurant is. From the moment my family I and walked in we were treated with such great service and hospitality. Food portions were large. Your not going to leave hungry. All of the dishes were so flavorful. I loved the HubFries. Such great seasonings. Service was great and attentive. Very nice place to eat inside or outside. The outside had umbrella shaded seating with beautiful flowers. They had a full service bar, bakery, and was very family friendly. Spoke and Hub is the total package. Best food ever!

I’ve visited a few times with my family. We started last year with burgers, during restaurant week. That was a hit!! Last visit was last night I had the chicken fried biscuit with roasted sweet potatoes, it was a home run! My wife had the Simple Chic, she loved it. I usually get the homemade carrot cake. My only complaint, it was a smaller slice than its normal size. McKenzie was our waitress. She was very familiar with the menu and checked on us frequently to our liking. She provided a great service and it was rewarded!

We took our daughter (LSU student) for an early birthday breakfast before returning to Texas. The sweet croffle was delicious. Loved the atmosphere and wonderful staff. We will definitely visit again.

My first time eating at Spoke and Hub. I had the shrimp pasta salad which was very light and refreshing, but not very flavorful. It comes with a remoulade vinaigrette type dressing that could have been a little spicier for my taste. My son had the flamin fish tacos which he thoroughly enjoyed. For an appetizer we had the spinach queso which did not disappoint. I look forward to trying the breakfast items next time – have heard a lot about the “Croffle Savory”.

My SO and I stumbled upon this gem of a place and had the most delightful breakfast experience! We had never heard of a Croffle before, but it was a fantastic fusion of a croissant and waffle. We both opted for the sweet Croffle and each picked a side dish, boudin and bacon, and it was simply divine. The boudin had the perfect level of spiciness, adding a delicious kick to the overall flavor.

Came here on a Sunday for a midday brunch and truly enjoyed myself! The outdoor seating area was relaxing, the ambiance was nice and even the music was pretty groovy lol. I skipped the appetizer and went straight into the breakfast plate with boudin (they were out of sausage). I added a single pancake on the side and it was cooked to perfection! For my adult beverage I had the fruit cup cocktail? (I forget the full name) but it tasted pretty similar to a rum punch!

Came here for brunch, and I enjoyed my visit. The food was good, a hit and miss with a few. I didn’t care for the hashbrowns. They were warm, not hot. The top was crispy, but the rest was mushy like. The pancakes were delicious and I liked the sausage. I assumed that they were gonna be the links, but I’m glad they weren’t. I don’t care for biscuits, so I didn’t eat it, and the grits were ok. They could be better. I sat outside, and the atmosphere was nice. The drink was also good. I wanted to try the horchata, but they were out by the time I went. I was told it was good, and being that they ran out makes me want to try it even more now. I’d recommend this place.
