We were visiting downtown and decided to pick up a couple wraps to go and one we specified no peppers but unfortunately we got peppers along with the sticker that is usually on the pepper before washing and prepping the vegetables. This is very unhygienic and not okay. The lady we got ahold of that took our order was very apologetic and sincere when she heard what happened. All I’m going to say is for paying over 30 dollars for two wraps and an order of fries you just expect stuff like this to not happen.

Such sweet staff and amazing food. Fries were fire, wish I got lamb and beef for my gyro though. Anyways they gave us these two treats and complimented my henna. Would definitely recommend and come back again

Buckle up. What you order and what you actually get is going to be wildly different. We eat here regularly and “regularly” get different results. Tonight we ordered mixed meat and only got lamb. We also asked for a large fry and received less than a small fry. We keep coming back because the food tastes great, but the orders are wildly inaccurate and wanting, I guess we are suckers thinking we will get what we actually ordered?

Holy sauce. Did take out and my street cart fries were drenched in sauce. So much sauce. Like a bottle. There was a ton on the bottom too. So soggy and mushy. I have had these before but never with so much sauce. Way too much and I almost cracked my tooth on an olive pit. I was super disappointed.

Really good for food and serving sizes were more than I could finish. Alot of it was self-service i.e napkins, silverware, to-go boxes, and sauces. Have to go back to the register for refills. Other than that great experience overall.

I’ve always loved spitz but this location is exceptional. Itari and Estrella have great customer service! I love the artful atmosphere of Spitz and how they also have board games to play. The sugarhouse location has a bar which came as a pleasant surprise! I usually get the Vegan Wrap with falafel and berliner sauce. 10/10 recommend!

I had a great experience at Spitz. The staff was very friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The food was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. Another thing I really appreciated was how quickly the food arrived at the table—it didn’t take long at all, which made the whole experience even better.
