Very good food! Lots of flavors. Everything looked great and it was hard to choose. The sweet potato fries were perfectly crispy and seasoned. Good atmosphere too. They even played some 30 seconds to mars

My husband and I tried Spitz for the first time yesterday and it was so good we came right back today. This restaurant literally made me a liar, but in the best way. I’ve never been a fan of gyros or sweet potato fries, yet BOTH were absolutely phenomenal.

I ordered the OG Gyro with sweet potato fries and my husband got the Street Cart Wrap with fries. Everything was incredibly fresh, flavorful, and surprisingly clean-tasting without losing any of the richness. And listen… do yourself a favor and get the garlic aioli for your fries. You can thank me later.

The portions are generous for the price, the food is fulfilling, and it feels amazing to eat something delicious that doesn’t feel heavy or greasy. This is truly quality food.

A huge shoutout to Brittany and Jen G., who were perfect hosts! So warm, welcoming, and full of great suggestions for first-timers. Excellent customer service on top of amazing food? That’s an easy win.

Spitz has officially turned me into a walking billboard. I’m telling everyone about this spot in Owens Cross Roads, and we’ll definitely be back again (and again).

Everything was amazing. I went with my 2 friends and we wanted to try something new in Huntsville and we did a spin a wheel to decide where to eat and it landed on Spitz 3 times so it was a sign lol. We were pretty hesitant because it was something completely new to us and the drive was roughly 50 mins so we hoped it was worth the drive. we had a warm welcome and the lady was very nice. the food was AMAZING. i had to save the other half for a late night snack. we loved everything about it and i will most definitely be back because it is just amazing chefs kiss and the workers were very nice i felt welcomed and the little table of the to go boxes was cute to me haha i loved it

Wow!!! What a vibe! I was expecting this place to be cool, but I didn’t think it would blow my mind the way it did. The artwork and design is very well thought out and incredible. Very colorful and chill ambiance with street art inspired murals. They were playing great music that fit the vibe very well. Employees were very friendly and helpful. I got the remix bowl with beef/lamb and an autumn cider. I would recommend both 10000% Nice to have a restaurant in the area with such good food, service and ambiance. I’ll definitely be back! PS, they have good beers on draft, made-in-house sangria and they have a full bar on the way. Why are you still reading this review? Go now and see how great it is for yourself!

New restaurant in the Cove. Got a chance to try the food at opening . Most important thing first: the food! As the description says, it’s Mediterranean. Healthy portions of veggies, well balanced flavors (just the right amount of tanginess), and delicious meats with good seasoning. What is pictured is the Berliner Wrap, kids’ bowl, and fries. The kids’ bowl was 12-year old approved from a flavor perspective though portion size may be more adequate for younger kids. The Berliner Wrap had fresh, crisp, and tangy cabbage slaw which balances with the other veggies and the meat (Beef/Lamb mix).

Not pictured (got them to go) we also had the Spitz Doner and the Doner Basket. The Doner Basket was very well portioned and I was told that it was to the point where you could make yourself sick because you can’t stop eating it. The Spitz Doner was a straight-up Doner with a good portion of meat, fries, sauce, tomatoes, and onions which balanced well together.

The atmosphere was not what I was expecting but not bad. I was expecting to walk in and just see workers shaving meat from the spit but that magic must happen in the back. Even if the line is long, it’s worth the wait to order and the food comes out quickly after ordering.

Will definitely visit again.

Was so excited to try a new place with flavorful, fresh, Mediterranean food. Had the Greek Lemon soup; while flavorful, the overwhelming herbs in the broth (dried dill, lemon pepper?) made you choke, like eating dry cinnamon. Husband had a wrap with quinoa salad, wrap was okay-left 1/2. Salad was fresh, tasty. For those seeking them for their GF options, they used a shared fryer for all items (disappointing), so nothing’s safe for Celiac. Waitress was attentive, and helpful 🙂

Such a refreshing, trendy spot with a laid-back hippie vibe and absolutely incredible Mediterranean food. I’m thrilled to have them just down the street, I’ll definitely be a regular. One of the things I love most about their wraps is how every ingredient could stand on its own as a delicious side, yet together they blend perfectly into something even better.

We checked out Spitz tonight and it was fantastic! The food was super fresh — we ordered a variety of things: a wrap, salad, kids’ tenders, and sweet potato fries. Everything was phenomenal. The fountain drinks ( I’m serious the water quality, syrup, and carbonation are LEGIT) and infused water were amazing too!

Customer service was great, and as a picky, healthy eater, I love that we now have a spot to go eat with bountiful options that makes the entire crew happy. Highly recommend giving it a try! The decor is funky and fun with a cute bar area and a spot to watch sports.

First time ever coming to spitz, I ordered the OG gyro and a side of sweet potato fries. The sweet potato fries are to die for! And gyro was the best I’ve ever had…way better than Tazikis! The service was fast and friendly but we were there when it was super busy.

Also love the vibes inside. The decor is cute and uplifting and just fun…none of that boring beige

A wonderful addition to this area! We get their street cart sweet potato fries every time. Their chicken is SO good. Other favorite repeats are their fried pita strips with hummus, street cart doner & medi and berliner bowls! We love their points reward system (we accumulate points super fast) and online ordering too!
