Amazing concept. Have been waiting to go here for a long time. Heard of it just before COVID and then had to wait for the renovations to be over but finally made it! Our server was excellent, very knowledgeable. Wish I got his name, older gentleman. Cocktail menu was well written and cocktails were well made. Scallops were great!

One of our favorite restaurants in St.Pete. Service is excellent, the views are amazing. The best part is…. there is NO seat with a bad view! the restaurant slowly rotates so everyone will get a beautiful view of the ocean. The Chilean seabast is the BEST!! The rooftop bar was amazing drinks I recommend the mermaid water!! Overall a great place to go for dinner!

On a whim we had decided to make a reservation here and we’re lucky enough to grab the last open spot. There is not enough good I can say about our experience.the atmosphere is great, the service was impeccable and the rotating restaurant gave us a 360 degree view of the bay. Beautiful. We stayed at the BellWether and decided to eat at Spinners. FYI, you have to make your reservation online if you want to eat there. The atmosphere is nice, clean, and neat. The food tasted good, but our meals were NOT hot, just kinda warm. The other thing was that our waitress, even though she was very pleasant and did refill our drinks at least twice, NEVER asked us how our food was or if we needed anything. That was also disappointing considering how much the food costs. When you pay that kind of money, your food should always be fresh and hot and the service should be great. There were lots of waiters and waitresses and people working, but no one checked up on us or asked how things were. Take it for what it’s worth, again, the atmosphere is awesome, but this time, our service and food could’ve been a lot better.

This restaurant is located on the 12 floor of the Bellwether Hotel in St. Pete. If you are looking for a place that has an amazing view, this is where you should go, but If you are looking for a restaurant that will make your celebration remarkable and provide an exceptional experience, this is not the place for you. We went there to celebrate our anniversary. The view was lovely, the service was good, and the cocktails were ok. On the other hand, the food was overpriced, mediocre, and tasteless. It is a very noisy restaurant with a poor environment.

Cool experience if you want a great view, some good food and tasty desserts. The floor does actually spin slow enough not to make you sick but fast enough to let you know you’re moving. The service was fairly quick an on point (have to make a reservation, at least I would highly recommend), lots of seating indoors and outdoors, great view of the beach especially at night, not too loud but a very sociable place. Will def check out again! Close to everything else.

It was loud! I was hoping for a romantic setting with that view. Service was nothing special. We ordered the lamb shank, bacon wrapped scallops and orange cake for dessert which were unique and delicious.

Book a table right before sunset. Hands down the most romantic dinner views. Food is excellent although it is a bit too pricey. Not a place for kids (this is a good thing), so don’t bring them. Service was great. Views speak for themselves. Make a reservation.
