So there’s this burger they have with secret sauce. BEST BURGER I’VE HAD IN DECADES! Plus–a great exclusive coffee roasted locally by a former waitress (who was able to grow the business and is no longer a waitress). You bet I brought some “B-Side Blend” with me! Fun place. Friendly people. It’s just off the freeway in a tiny town. I never would have discovered it without a conversation at the little hotel I stayed at to break up a long drive. I’m already timing my drive back so I can stop in for more. ♡

Spink Special burger, Spink sauce seems like mayo and mustard mix. Tasty burger, like the grilled bun. Sweet potato fries were good. One waitress, and she was easily in control of the 12+ tables. Kitchen staff was pretty quick. Atmosphere was good, just old paneling, tables and chairs.

Wonderful prime rib! I got the trio special this time. I think next time I’ll skip the shrimp. It wasn’t bad just nothing special. I think prime rib and a potato is where it’s at. Really nice small town vibe.

We ate supper here while in Elk Point visiting family. The food was good. It came quickly and was hot. We were seated and served drinks right away. I am giving 5 stars for a great all around experience. We come from a larger city and the service there has rapidly declined but it’s clear you can still get a great experience if you go to Elk Point. Staff was very attentive and kind and meal was reasonably priced. We will be back!

Stopped off for a late lunch on our way home to Iowa- very pleasant surprise! Sampler appetizer was huge and had good variety. The burgers were tasty. Our server was very friendly and food was fast! Prices pretty competitive- we have a big family so it was going to be expensive regardless Small town place almost right out of a movie- loved that! Would return if we ever go back through this way.

I have been to Spink many times and I have to say the service is some of the best around here. The gals that work there really take care of their customers. I’ve never had a bad meal here. The Friday/Saturday night special slow roasted New York strip is great. One of the best items on the menu though is and always will be their fried chicken. Definitely can’t go wrong with that. Any chance I get to stop in, I take it!

The food was amazing! We went on a Friday night and ordered unlimited fish/ribs based off a customer recommendation. We were not disappointed. Our kid’s even finished their entire kids meals. The atmosphere was great. Neat historic building, nice background music.
