I loved the food here. My companions were not quite as impressed due to the portion size and a burger being over cooked.
I was not happy that I was told that my pasta came with a meat but then I got an up charge for it.
Other than that, the experience was great.
Food was delicious. Service was friendly and fast. Drinks were strong.

Just doing a Google search we came across this restaurant after Wunderland, Just so happens they were also having Karaoke. The boys went up too. Not sure how the noise level is on a regular day.
Now down to the food and service. Both were great and would seek out the restaurant if we were in the area again. Everyone like their food they ordered and the names they used for the food was also amusing. Great work to the staff. I ordered the pasta which was very enjoyable with a variety of flavors.
The wait for the food was a bit longer but attentive staff. A place to enjoy your time. Also interesting building and atmosphere was nice. Without soft drinks the bill would have been under $20 per person.

First let me say that I can’t find one thing about this establishment that is bad. We had an early dinner tonight, my wife and I. She had the Paps’s perfect pomodora and I had the bell tower burger. We also had an appetizer ( cheese curds ) let me say if I could have given more stars this place would definitely deserve it. Everything we had was absolutely delicious. You can tell they take pride in their food. While we both were full, there’s always room for dessert. We had the Panna Cotta mocha. This definitely did not disappoint and was amazing. We met the owner and is a very nice gentleman. To anyone reading this , you definitely need to check it out. Spinellas on 436 N main ave in Gresham Oregon. Also for the people in the reviews that said food took too long to arrive at the table. I say didn’t your parents teach you patience. Remember this, delicious and amazing food takes time and you never rush it.
My wife and I will definitely be back and have found an amazing hidden gem. Keep doing what your doing and thank you for a wonderful meal and experience.

We were in the area and loved the look of the building. We stopped in to find karaoke night going on, so we got some drinks and food and had a great night! Various singers and styles did amazingly well and food was super. My wife loved the drinks I drove We will be back!!!

The food is great. Fresh and homemade goodness. The drinks are delicious too. Always fun to be able to drink in a church. They have live music nights but be sure to get your tickets early as they sell out. There is patio seating as well.

I wanted to love this place! However, between the high prices and the middling quality of service, I was disappointed. The food was ok, but took a while to get out. They didn’t let my 91 year old grandmother order off the kids menu, which was frustrating because she only eats a few bites and prefers blander food, which they didn’t have lots of options for. The chicken parm was not amazing, the chicken was a little dry, the noodles unsauced, and the side was just vegetables (peppers and mushrooms), which was good, but not for $25.

Came here on a Saturday evening, all of the outdoor seating had been reserved already as there was a live band playing. We came inside and were not greeted for about 5 minutes. Finally someone acknowledged us and said they would be right with us. After another 5 minutes or so we were seated. We were to told to order off the small “outdoor” menu as wait times would be rather long off their regular menu. Overall the menu had a pretty large selection and prices really varied by item. We really wanted the Bird Bird Down on their regular menu and ordered it anyway regardless of the wait. The server was really nice and said since that was all we were ordering that she would try to push it up to the front of the line. We also got a round of drinks for our table of 4. Upon receiving our food everything seemed very fresh! The homemade chips were a little lacking in quantity but overall everything was really good. The sandwich really melted in my mouth and the bread was super fresh. I would really like to come back and try some of their other menu items. I feel the service would have also been a little better if there wasn’t a full house outside for the live music.

Gave this place another chance. First visit was Mother’s Day a few years ago and the guy was very upset we didn’t make reservations. Went again 2 times this month. Food was great and had some different items on the menu I wanted to try and the crabby guy wasn’t there either time and both times the waitress were very nice and did a good job. Would go back now unless I see the crabby guy then I will walk out.

We are still relatively new in town so the hubby and I found Spinella’s while searching for a new place to try. Not knowing anything about this place, before we even walked through the door, I loved that it was an old church! The menu was unique with quirky names and they had a good selection of hard ciders. I don’t drink often but I couldn’t resist having the pineapple luau hard cider. Yum.
The food was good, the staff was friendly.
I had fun looking at the art ( they host paint nights there) and the achitecture.
They had a live musician ( guitarist) and the only complaint my hubby had was that the music was a little too loud to have a conversation over. And we were sitting as far away from the stage as one could. It didn’t bother me terribly but I could see his point.
Overall, I thought it was a fun place with quality food so I would definitely go back.
