The food is excellent, and the happy hour half servings of selected menu items are a great value. The personal pan pizza is actually big enough for two people to share. The crust was thin and crispy, and the toppings were very tasty – spinach, pepperoni, mushrooms. Note that the sauce is slightly sweet, which you may or may not find appealing. The Italian beef sandwich was also very good, and the Caesar’s salad was crisp and perfectly dressed. Two people can eat with drinks and tip for about $60, which is quite reasonable.

This is the first time I’ve eaten at this location, and only the second time that I’ve eaten at a Spinato‘s restaurant. My family enjoyed the pizza, saying that it was far above average. They really loved it. My Italian beef sandwich was very delicious. It might be one of the best ones I’ve ever eaten. The only negative side about our visit was our server. She seemed very uninterested and grumpy. She disappeared for a while and we were all needing refills. She certainly needs some training in customer service.

Ordered pick up 2 pizzas, mushrooms & garlic bread. Tracker system said an hour to an hour and 10min to pick up. System had error so never said our food was ready only that order was picked up (before the ready time)which i hadnt even left the house yet. Got that straightened out only to pick up the order and it was cold and as you can tell from the picture the mushrooms were terrible. $12 for stuffed mushrooms that look like that…..i definitely think my ordered had been sitting for longer than they let on. Definitely a huge disappointment.

A few friends and I just had the pleasure of eating at the GILBERT SPINATO’S PIZZARIA/ FAMILY KITCHEN today for lunch. This restaurant was GREAT ALL THE WAY AROUND! The food was delicious, the service was prompt, our waiter was friendly and very helpful, and we really enjoyed the laid back vibe and inviting atmosphere.
They have a great daily happy hour up to 6pm every day. I took advantage of that and tried two smaller, happy hour meals: A meatball sub that came with a side salad and spaghetti w/ bolognese sauce: came with a piece of garlic bread (which was warm, crispy and garlicky: Basically delish!.
The happy hour portions are still generous and filling. The Chicken Alfredo got the seal of approval from my friend who said it was “amazing.”
This is a “MUST TRY” restaurant. I will definitely be back again!

Spinatos is always a good spot. My first experience was in Tempe and it was outstanding. My guess is that it’s a new place here in the newly developed area of Agritopia. I loved my company but the food couldve had more flavors. The chicken was a bit dry and i felt it needed more punch with the seasonings. The tiramisu could’ve used more ladyfingers. Nonetheless, i’ll be back!

Service was great. Ordered the steak calzon. Huge!!! Deliciousness!!! Definitely would order again. Chicken Alfredo was on point. Meatballs didn’t disappoint. Wings where great possibly some of the best. Thank you. We will come back.

Overall the food was good. Dined with family for lunch before returning home and shared our selections of pizza, calzones and dessert brownie. Excellent pizza. The calzones were a generous portion; ingredients inside were delicious. However, the outside was so crispy it detracted from the quality. The brownie was also very dry. Will eat here again as overall very good.

We love your food! We have frequented many of your establishments for many years. The last 2x in the last 3.5 weeks, at Gilbert haven’t been great. The pizza toppings have been VERY sparse. We thought the first time was a fluke but again this evening. Please improve.
