Outstanding pizza and that’s a big compliment coming from somebody who grew up on Chicagoland pizza.

The gluten free crust is perfect. I had a BBQ chicken pizza and the bbq sauce was the right amount of sweet and heat.

The kids meals got big praise from my kids. And my family made the gelato vanish quickly.

The place is very clean and the staff are helpful and friendly.

My kids are sweet telling me to come back here in a few days.

Really enjoyed the Detroit Style pizza. I got the Meat Combo with a Caesar salad side. Pizza was great, salad a little sad, lettuce was a bit wilted and seemed like the dressing had been sitting on it for a while.

We also got a large Greek Salad, which was pretty good although not amazing. I ordered with roasted chicken and there was less than 2 ounces of chicken cubes.

I thought the price point for the Mini Mia and the Greek Salad were both a little high at $14.30. Had this been $2 less, I would go back without batting an eye.

You added at the counter and then food is brought to your table. No one came back after serving us food and we could have used drink refills.

It’s been at least 20 years since I had been to this location. It’s a nice space and live they have a bar. My experience was ok, not sure I would keep Spin on my list of go to places.

Ordered in line, almost no server presence besides dropping items at table. Took 10+ mins to receive draft beer ordered. “Double” pepperoni is nothing more than a marketing gimmick- would be sadly disappointed to know what a single portion entails.

I became sick after eating a bacon avocado club at this location on a Saturday and ended up missing a full day of work. Felt horrible all week. A family doctor advised it was likely unwashed lettuce.

A friend called the restaurant that same day to let them know, but no one ever called him back. Later, someone from their corporate office, Sara, emailed me asking for my phone number so she could call to discuss the issue. I provided it, but never heard from her again.

I understand that issues can happen, but the lack of follow‑through and communication after a reported illness is disappointing.

At a minimum, I expected a timely call and some attempt to address the situation, and that didn’t happen here.

I will not be returning.

DO NOT EAT HERE! In this day and age of competition and everyone picking and choosing wisely where they shop/eat, one bad review can sink the ship. Well here’s another for Spin! Pizza. Absolutely terrible service and behavior from not only the wait staff but also the manager on 9/25 around 12:30 PM CST. My wife ordered her pizza without marinara sauce. They put marinara sauce all over the top of her pizza. Our waiter took it back. The Manager came out and told us it wasn’t marinara. Umm….we know what marinara sauce looks like. We just rolled with it, even though my wife ordered it a different way. She just scooped it all off. After that no one would wait on us. Drinks were empty the rest of the time we were there. We couldn’t even get someone to look our way. We finished eating. We waited for 20 mins. Our waiter finally came back and asked if we wanted a box. Yeah, a box for the wrong pizza. No offer to take the pizza off our bill. No apologies. Just blacklisted and treated like we were in the wrong. Don’t waste your time. Spend your hard-earned money somewhere else.

I’ve been coming here for as long as I can remember. All of their pizzas are made in a brick oven pizza, plus fire; because of this, the crust is cooked to perfection.

They give you your sodas to pour, I thought it was cool. I ordered Rootbeer and it was a brand I wasn’t familiar with, Stubborn Soda!

We ordered the Italian Meatballs as an appetizer. The second I cut it open, steam rose from the little ball of flavor These are definitely made fresh, not frozen.

My fiancé ordered The Double Pepperoni pizza and I ordered The Chicken & Goat Cheese pizza

Each bite was warm and gooey. We’re taking leftovers home!

More chairs and tables than people. I think a lot of people take their pizzas to go, but if everyone stayed to eat here they would be sitting shoulder to shoulder. The restaurant is open concept, so there isn’t much privacy unless you can snag a booth. Most booths have their own backs, but the one I sat at was shared by other people in another booth. It would tilt forward or backward depending on which of us was trying to get comfortable in our seats, so I doubt either of us liked where we sat.

The side salads were crisp and fresh, and came out at the same time as the pizzas. The double pepperoni and spinach and garlic pizzas have great flavor, but the double pepperoni was too oily for the dough to pick up and eat. I did have to get the attention of a waiter to ask for some boxes, and the pizzas made the best leftovers.

Love this place! It’s a standard “meet the girls” for a meal place. Food is good. Waiting staff is friendly. And as a gluten free person, I have never had a reaction from this location.

My first time here and it was ok. There were 4 of us for lunch and the place was somewhat busy. I got the small 3 meat pizza with extra cheese and a Ceasars salad. The pizza had very little sauce which made it dry and the extra cheese didn’t exist. I asked the guy that brought the pizza to the table if it had extra cheese and he said “I guess so.” As you can see in the picture below it had very little cheese at all. The crust and toppings were really good. As for the Ceasars salad, it tasted like it had been sitting out for awhile. It was warm and nit crisp. My wife got the cauliflower crust mushroom pizza and she really liked it. My mother-in-law and son both enjoyed their pizzas aswell.

There were plenty of people employed today but there were 2 that I saw that were really working hard. They were delivering food to tables and bussing tables. Other employees would walk by dirty tables without taking care of them.

I will probably try this place again.

Teenagers standing around instead of refilling our drinks is the only complaint I have.

Otherwise, SPIN was good, as usual. We had the 3 meat and a salad and everything tasted great. The place was clean and service (except for drink refills) was fast and friendly.

Just gotta get those teenagers out from behind the counter where they stand around taking instead of checking on customers…

Or give me a soda fountain so I can self service refill my drink… either way would be fine by me.
