They only have a place for you to sit if you buy a section then it’s like the sections are made for a party of 50 you have to squeeze past people in other sections because the sections are close together then 10 dollars for one shot of of taquila is crazy to me a double shot of henny at the trolly is 10 dollars the give you one Cole for a 40 dollar hookah they wild they making they money thou n yall spending it so no complaints wont spend in there again

Customer service sucks. Couldn’t even move a chair and table over to watch the game because all the tVs is in one section. Owner basically followed us around well I thought he was security until he said he was the owner ♂️ Don’t know why they even have 3.5 ⭐️ ph because all the 5 stars was 3-5 years ago It’s definitely not a sports bar

I’ve been here multiple times and last night was my worst experience yet. Me and my friends spent $500 on a section for nye. The section came with two bottles and hookah. We were there for a while and had to go to the bathroom. We still had a whole bottle of don julia and a hookah left. Before we went to the bathroom my boyfriend informed one of the workers that we weren’t leaving and to please watch our stuff at the section, the worker said ok. When we got back from the bathroom everything was gone and one of the workers claimed that they resold the section. We talked to multiple workers before speaking to the manger about our stuff being taken. The manger said she would check the cameras to look for who took the bottle. After she supposedly checked the cameras the man who was asked to watch our stuff came back and claimed there was nothing in our don julio bottle when we never touched it and that they wouldn’t give us a refund. We were extremely disappointed our money basically went down the drain. Will never go here again

OMG whatta vibe in here. I wasn’t sure what to expect not my usual scene but I trusted my good buddy JG (who is HOT ladies but we are just friends sadly) and he told me that it would be an experience!! It sure was. Probably one of the best times I’ve had in a while. Drinks were perfect, Bartender was fun and easy on the eyes, Cool Staff and clientele. Plus I must mention – I. Truly. Loved. NYCE Meals- seriously.good.food! Perfect collaboration here. Truly a Fun Unique Experience. I’ll be back. Thank you.

One of the worse lounges I’ve ever been too. I don’t even know where to start from the rude manager, the food server was horrible! Rude and unprofessional. Overpriced on everything. Food wasn’t worth it. Environment is not up to par to charge what they’re charging. Bathroom is disgusting. No tissue. Not even a professional enough establishment to take cards. A true disappointment for coming to party in Philly visiting from NY and VA. Will def be not coming back.

Idk about these negative responses but I personally loved this place but my experience was up at the bar area though.. The bartenders were fun and very kind, the atmosphere was fun and very lively. Yes it was packed but people respected eachothers personal space. I will note that I haven’t tried the food or table service yet. Only negative is the $20 door fee but I’ll definitely be going back either way.

Me and my 3 friends got there around 7:45 and sat at one of the tables. 2 hours later after we spent money and hookah, drinks, & food; were told we had to move because someone brought the table…. I’m annoyed that they waited so long to inform us that people can purchase the tables. We had been sitting there for 2 hours and no one said anything and we were allowed to sit there to begin with…. Probably will not be going back there. I was already intoxicated and to be treated so unprofessionally by the security after patronizing the establishment… mm no thanks. The ladies serving us were professional and sweet though, that 1 star is for them
