Delicious. Made to order. Big portions! My Turkey omelette with home fries was great and I’m a condiment girlie so for me to enjoy this without condiments says a lot! Only thing is the caramel syrup in the latte was sitting at the bottom. Please stir it before serving.

I added the sugar dinosaur topping myself. Ordered an assortment of cupcakes. They were all pretty dry, and my Oreo cupcakes were vanilla cupcakes, with buttercream on top and crushed Oreos as a topping. That’s not an actual Oreo cupcake to me. Honestly it’s pretty upsetting. I’ve gotten this same style at other bakeries for less and better quality/taste. I chose them because I had a delicious muffin when I passed by them in October. The tres leche cake I got in November was also dry when I ordered it – I’m use to that cake being moist. This was my attempt to give them another shot, and well definitely not worth it. I guess buying local is pointless if the bakery isn’t up to par. Paid around $60 for vanilla cupcakes with buttercream. I did not even get what I ordered if you take the lemon and Oreo cupcakes in mind. Like if you can’t do multiple flavors, freaking say that. Get the baker on the phone, not the freaking cashier that puts me on hold every couple of minutes while they talk to them – is it so hard to actually speak to your customers?! Nothing fancy was asked for. No designs since I just asked for sprinkles. – And let’s be honest, barely any sprinkles were added. I honestly don’t recommend cakes or cupcakes from this store.

I have to give Spiga Bakery in Bellmore a solid 5 stars! I discovered this hidden gem through a friend who saw it on TikTok, and let me just say, I have been back FOUR times this week since the first visit! Today, I came in with my sister for breakfast, and we were NOT disappointed.
I ordered the bacon, egg, and cheese, while my sister went for the sausage, egg, and cheese. To start, the sizes of the sandwiches were HUGE – and we loved it! It’s so rare to find a place that doesn’t skimp on portions, and Spiga definitely delivers. The melted cheese was incredible, and honestly, that’s a big deal for me because I feel like most Long Island delis lately haven’t been getting the melt right. Here? Perfect melt, perfect balance. 10/10 for the sandwiches alone!
I also tried the chocolate and sprinkle donut today, and it was out of this world. You can absolutely taste the freshness, and it was so soft. I’ve had the vanilla and sprinkles before, and that’s definitely my favorite, but the chocolate was amazing too. I got the nutella donuts on previous visits and i must mention that words can’t even describe how good it was—definitely a must-try.
The best part was how quickly the food came out, and the staff was super polite, even when there was so many people which always makes for a great experience. I can’t wait to come back and try more of their breakfast items. If you’re in the Bellmore area, you have to check this place out – Spiga Bakery is a total winner!

I love this place the cinnabomb donut was made by someone who knows and loves GOD. He knows love and put it in his desserts. The donut is full of flavor, light airy texture, perfect amount of cinnamon without being overpowering, the right sweetness so that you can eat the whole donut. There was no residual oil after taste. 10 star donut.
Now on to the croissant. It is 4star good light airy melt in your mouth. Only down fall is the buttery flavor was limited. It does have a good flavor though

I pre-ordered a 10-inch Tres Leches cake for my mom’s 65th birthday party — her favorite cake! I was impressed with the floral decorations and writing they placed on top of the cake. Both were done beautifully! The Tres Leches is always a hit. Very happy with it and will definitely order from Spiga again.

I’m a Native Long Islander now living in Charlotte, North Carolina; – I was recently back in town. My great friend, who is a Merrick Local recommended this place on a whim. We needed to pick up some baked treats for a friend were headed out to in Suffolk County. Pictures are worth a thousand words. Gals working behind the counter are absolute dolls. Everyone is so friendly. Try the Frozen Cappuccino! It is an absolute must; – So delicious and will give you a kick to get your day going. Very cool and chill vibe; Plenty of relaxing seating. The bread taste like it’s from Paris. Absolutely amazing. You get what you pay for – nevertheless, prices are fair for such high quality baked items. Everything is baked fresh and delicious.

I have never eaten gourmet pizza at a top bakery like this before. The crust was specially made for the pizza and the sauce was wholly cooked with great saucy taste. The staff was pleasant and I even tried the gelato….could not help myself. They make that too…amazing!!!! Crupkin and blueberry donuts…
