An absolutely incredible dining experience. This is more of a romantic vibe than some other island restaurants & we were craving Italian. ♂️

Starter : we ordered the buratta & it was PERFECT.
A chilled dish served with fried cheese, lettuce, & prosciutto. This set the tone for our meal.
I ordered the fettuccine alla bolognese – a homemade pasta with rich meaty bolognese sauce. (I did add some salt & pepper- to taste). It was adequately portioned and magnificently flavorful.
Wife ordered the spaghetti alla carbonara – a homemade pasta with creamy sauce and crispy guanciale, that she describes as decadent.
Service – Veronika was 10/10 for service, explanation, and recommendations.
Atmosphere (we were inside) – was a solid 9/10, for comfortable ambience.

This place is amazing! The food was delicious, and the staff was top-notch. Our waitress, Veronica, was particularly exceptional. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience. My wife and I had a wonderful time there for dinner during our honeymoon. ❤️

Had a lovely dinner here last night. There was eight of us and our server, Veronica, was excellent. The food was delicious and the service was impeccable. I have celiac and the menu was clearly labeled to indicate what I could and couldn’t eat. She also was able to answer questions about cross contamination. On top of all that, we had an amazing time! Definitely eat here!

We had the pleasure of dining at Spiga two out of our three nights in St. Martin. It was so good the first night that we went back on our last night. Everything was top notch. Delicious drinks and food – the homemade pasta was just as good, if not better than our favorite NYC restaurants. The chef even accommodated our seven year old daughter and made her a special dish. We were blown away by the quality and even more so the hospitality. We felt right at home when we walked in our second night and felt like we were treated like family. Can’t say enough amazing things about Spiga. Thank you for two unforgettable meals and amazing service! We will definitely be back someday!

Blown away. I wasn’t expecting it to be this good! Better than any of the Michelin restaurants in Italy and NYC. Everything was perfect, we had 2 cocktails, forgot to take photos, they were delicious. You will not be disappointed. Mateo was our server and he was gracious and on point. When you get tired of French restaurants on the island, Spiga is the answer. We’ve come here many times, and this was our first visit since the new owners took over. I appreciate the modern touches, and a smaller menu. We truly enjoyed the food and the service felt welcoming and attentive. Highly recommend.

Terrible. All of these good reviews on this restaurant are from the previous restaurant owner. NOT the current ownership (and chef).
Our hotel BEGGED us not to go as several of their guests in the past few months have gotten very bad meals there. They said the service was good (it was) and the atmosphere was pleasant (it was) … but the food was awful!!
My wife had veal Milanese… dry as a bone (overcooked). I had the ossobuco- it wasn’t a “shank” but looked liked 6 oz bone in filet. It was pitiful.
The people sitting next to us also had a terrible experience. The gentleman had to send his dish back as the pasta was so undercooked that it was inedible.
More people need to speak out about how bad this restaurant is under the new ownership. They’re living on reviews from the previous ownership, which we have heard was fantastic!

If the food was good, I would’ve given this place at least a four or five stars, but food was awful! Not good at all. I love Italian food. It’s my favourite! I was looking forward to eating here as there aren’t any other Italian restaurants in Grand Case. There are way better choices.

We come here on the first day of our trip to St Martin for the past three years from NYC. It is really amazing Italian food. The food if in NYC would be a Michelin star. Really good pumpkin ravioli and veal! Every course amazing and we ordered a ton. Definitely check it out! So so good!
