This was my first time here and the food was amazing taste and smell great everything was fresh I had the chicken Biryani very great portion sized the restaurant was busy and very clean I will definitely return the food was better than I expected. The menu is very detailed so you are able to choose and see what comes in each meal . The atmosphere here is great they also have a buffet during the weekday open late night as well it’s a place you can bring the whole family also the food smells great

Ambience is good, floors are clean, and restrooms
are neat — that part was impressive.

However, the customer interaction could definitely improve. For first-time visitors, staff recommendations really matter. It would really help if the team actually tasted the dishes themselves so they can confidently explain flavors and guide customers properly. When we asked how certain items tasted, the explanation wasn’t very clear.

Also, it would be nice if the staff mentioned what dishes they were placing on the table instead of just dropping them off. A little interaction goes a long way — it helps us explain what we’re looking for and helps you guide us better.

Management should focus on training the front staff first. If the team is well-trained and confident, the overall experience will automatically improve.

We ordered Spicy Garlic Chicken and Loose Shrimp. The chicken was good, the shrimp tasted almost like loose prawns in india but felt slightly oily. We also had Chicken Dum Biryani and SV Chicken Pulao — both were good, but the chicken in the SV Pulao didn’t have a distinct signature flavor as expected. ( pulao rice is on point )

There was a lady who came mid-meal and asked how the food was. We shared similar feedback about the starters at that time, which we appreciated.

Overall, it was an okay experience. With better staff interaction and training, this place could be much better.

We tried many dishes here
Pretty good on taste.
Ambience is good as well.

We tried few togo orders on jan 31st night.
Chicken Biryani flavors was good and the pieces carried the same.
The one interesting dish i really liked is jackfruit 65- thats the first time i had it. Its a must try.

We also tried their Sunday lunch buffet. Many fishes were offered and almost all of them were good.
The prices are also very pocket friendly for the quality and quantity they offer.
Visible from the street and good parking too.

Absolutely loved this place!
The food is amazing — especially the chicken pakodi, doopudupothu mutton biryani and double ka meetha. Each dish was full of authentic flavor and perfectly cooked. The biryanis were aromatic and delicious, the chicken pakodi was crispy and spicy just the way I like it, and the desserts were a perfect finish to the meal.
One of the best restaurants I’ve tried. Highly recommended!

Well, we randomly logged on to Google and read the reviews, which convinced us to stop by and give them a try. To our delight, neither my friends nor I were disappointed. The food was decent, with a spicy kick that we had requested, even though we had asked for mild. The presentation was good, and our attendant, Nikita, was very polite and friendly throughout our meal. The ambiance was calm and pleasant, and I appreciated that they played a variety of songs, not just Tamil telegrams. I would recommend to my friends and maybe try go back again if they maintain the consistency

Recently visited Spicy Vihaar for a weekday lunch buffet with family. It’s around $20 per person. The dine in space is very well maintained and feels new, and the staff was attentive. The buffet had a decent mix of veg and non-veg options, limited but sufficient. However, we went around 1:30 PM and many items were already empty. The taste was okay but didn’t meet our expectations, so the overall experience wasn’t completely satisfying

I live in Utah and have been here for ten days and wanted some Indian food.

The sprout salad was especially good.

This festival Sankrati buffet was delicious. Thank you! ❤️

Got the buffet for lunch with some coworkers. We had a reservation for a large group but they didn’t hold tables for us to sit together. Also, the booths we were able to obtain were not really bussed so we had to clean our own tables before sitting.

However, the food choice at the buffet was great!! Loved the different sauces and meats to choose from. My vegan coworkers weren’t too impressed with their choices. But the food made up for the service in my opinion. For the quality of food, I think the price point for the buffet was good. It was definitely spicy like the name of the restaurant says but that made for a lot of flavor. I can see myself returning here.

Came to Spicy Vihaar with the fam. Was expecting good things but it wasn’t great. Wait time was insanely long. I could’ve ran a marathon in between the appetizers and main course and still wouldn’t have gotten served. For the appetizers I had the baby corn and gobi Manchurian which were solid. My chicken dumplings biriyani was genuinkey flavorless. My water had more flavor and I got flavor fatigue too. Wouldn’t come again unless there was a spicy smoke show waiting for me there.
