Where has Spicy Trails been all my life? As someone who loves Indian and Nepali cuisine, I was thrilled to learn they opened not too far from me. Today was our first experience there, and it was a memorable one. The menu has plenty of options and there were quite a few specials. We wanted to try everything, but narrowed it down to butter chicken, chicken tikka masala, Veg biryani, mango lassi, and garlic naan. Hands down, this was the best Indian food I have ever had. The flavors were rich, warm, and nuanced yet deep with spices. The presentation was lovely, service friendly, music and atmosphere welcoming with a slightly exotic vibe, large portions, and everything in the restaurant was crisp and clean. We plan to visit again soon and try everything on the menu. Spicy Trails will delight your tastebuds and warm your soul.

Wow! Absolutely amazing. Some of the best Indian and Nepali food i’ve had locally including the city. The fresh spices, flavors and quality of the food were top notch! The chicken in each dish was moist and flavorful. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The service was fast and prices were good. Couldn’t ask for a better take out experience. Definitely will return again soon!

10/10 across all boards. The food was great and delicious. The customer service and hospitality was awesome, and my friends and I had some quality time together and enjoyed every moment we spent at Spicy Trails. I’ll recommend it any day, and definitely going back there again and again.

I tried the Nepali Thakali set, Jhol MoMo, and Sadeko Waiwai. They were delicious and authentic in taste.

Where to start, I really wanted to like this place but it just wasn’t a good experience. When you walk in there wasn’t any music its just awkwardly quiet. Then we had to wait for the 10 minutes to be seated and it was 50 min befor we got our food. there was one waitress doing everything and bussing tables. She was awesome and is the only reason I gave this place 2 stars. The food looked good but the portions for the price were EXTREMELY underwhelming. The naan bread i got was supposed to be stuffed but there wasn’t anything in it really. And it was 4.99$ for that. It was soggy and burnt tasting like the char on a marshmallow. Just not good.

Edited to add: I’ve now eaten at Spicy Trails several times and the food and service have been consistently amazing!

I’m a huge fan of Indian food, and was VERY excited to learn an Indian restaurant was opening in Brockport! We came for dinner during their first week open. They are definitely still learning – every table was full and there was a line of people waiting for takeout or doordash. They clearly weren’t prepared for this much business this soon after opening! But the food was great! The palak paneer was mild – not at all spicy – but it was delicious! The rice and garlic naan were good too. I’ll definitely be back!

Visited Spicy Trails with my vegetarian daughter.
Spicy Trails offers plenty of vegetarian choices, and the food was fantastic perfect flavors, a quiet atmosphere, and excellent customer service.
They did lose one star because the entrées arrived while we were still eating our appetizers, and our to-go order came out at the same time as the entrées. There wasn’t enough space on the table, so the bag ended up on the floor.
Overall, I strongly recommend the goat and the lamb both were exceptional.

Incredible authentic Indian cuisine served up in a cozy atmosphere. The chicken curry was out of this world! I will definitely be frequenting this spot, and you should too!

I took my mother here to have Indian food for the first time and she was blown away by the flavors. She is now hooked. Naan, pani puri, vegetable samosas, lamb vindaloo and chicken biryani are all winners. The Staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Finally, Brockport has a place that steps out of the pizza, diner, fast food doldrums. Prices are very reasonable given that you are likely taking some home for another great meal. I can’t wait to go again. I wish them success and hope they are there for a long time.

I was really excited to try a new Indian food place right in town! The food wasn’t good at all though. I was very disappointed. You can see all the oil sitting on the food in the pics below. The first pic is butter chicken which was just tandoori chicken in a very oily sauce. It tasted okay but strange as it had the tandoori flavor. The second was supposed to be malai kofta. Definitely a twist to the recipe. Their were three large portions that disintegrated as soon as I touched them with silverware. I couldn’t tell what they were made of and it reminded me of minced raw meatballs.
All the oil!!
