This unexpected treasure surprised us. We are all from the Lower 48 and eat Thai food a lot. This place is top tier. We were seated immediately on Labor Day when many other spots in town had a wait or were closed. My pineapple fried rice was delicious and I loved the texture. Food was made in less than 10mins and they are super polite! Would return any day!

Such a special gem to find close to home. We’ve gone 3 times in the last 4 weeks.
The staff was so friendly, we talked about Thailand and what it’s like to visit. I wait in my car for the food to be ready (typically only 5-15 minutes, fast!) and they brought it to my car everytime which was super sweet of them.

We pulled up in the afternoon to no line at all and were greeted kindly as we took a while to order. Portions were totally worth the price! Food was overall a little sweet and not at all spicy lol. But we love spice so I asked for extra chili and they gladly provided me with some. Would definitely return again!

We waited about 20-30 minutes to get our food cooked FRESH and TO order! Which I appreciated. It was a bit heartbreaking to see the owner and her husband get yelled at by people who expected to get a quick bite and have their food within 10 minutes…..
I can’t get over the FLAVOR of everything it was absolutely amazing!!!! The crab rangoons are now my favorite around! Fire works were my favorite but not anymore! We will definitely come back!

I visited here on the recommendation of a staff member of the hotel i am staying in. This is some of the best Thai food i have had. The Red Curry with Chicken was everything i hoped it would be. The big surprise dish was the Fried Bananas. They were huge and quite delicious. Other dishes ordered was BBQ Pork, Pad Thai and Teriyaki Chicken. There was not one person not satisfied with their order. Portions are huge and the price was very reasonable. Before i leave Fairbanks i will be stopping here again. The lady taking our order was very nice and the food was ready quicker than expected. Very unassuming building that is packed with goodness.

I ordered pineapple chicken rice and chicken dumplings. Pineapple rice was really delicious. Although I wasn’t expecting fried dumplings, they were good and tasted very fresh. Must try!

The place looks like a shack surrounded by tchotchke but do not let that put you off. The food that comes out of Moo’s kitchen is first rate. We had Tom Kah (veggie), Pineapple FR with Chicken and Crab Rangoon. All three were decidedly the best we have had and we have been around.
