Spicy Heads Crawfish Co. is proud to be Middle Tennessee’s #1 distributor of Live Crawfish! Since 2017, we’ve been bringing the freshest, wild-caught spillway crawfish from the Atchafalaya Basin to Middle Tennessee. Our crawfish are sourced out of Bayou Pigeon, LA, where we work with a dock of over 60 fishermen. We transport Thursday’s catch up to Tennessee every Friday, operating at 4 weekly locations where we boil the freshest crawfish this side of Louisiana and sell by the pound. Our signature house boil mix is an authentic Cajun seasoning that delivers a true taste of the bayou.
