The is a large welcoming Asian bistro. There is soft music playing. We can in for a late lunch on Saturday and it was quiet. There were about six other couples having lunch as well. The service is fast and professional. Hubby had sesame chicken ( some pieces were a little tough to chew). I had the kung pao chicken ( it was quite good). Both sauces were tasty. We shared some steamed pork dumplings (delish). We also had egg drop soup and sweet and sour soup. These were good. Overall this is a solid 3. Good enough that we will come back to test other dishes.

We ordered this for delivery and it was great! The only thing that we considered so-so was the vegetable lo mein. The wonton soup was so full of flavor and had three delicious meaty dumplings. The pork egg roll had just the right ratio of meat to vegetables and it was fries to a crispy finish. They offer different spice options for some of the entrees. I went with “little spice” for the Hunan Chicken and it was just right. Also, the vegetables were cooked just the right amount to maintain a firm bite. I would suggest giving it a try and look forward to our next delivery!

First time eating here I ordered take out pretty large order it was fast also. I love egg drop soup and they did not disappoint. I absolutely loved this place. It’s hard to find good Chinese Food in the City. Definitely will return. The ladies at the register were nice also

We’ve been ordering from this place for years and won’t get Chinese food anywhere else. Their food, service, and even the way they pack and deliver the food has remained consistent for years, which we love! This is one of those places where everything across the board is excellent; from their appetizers & soups, to their entrees, side dishes, seafood (love their shredded beef with Thai pepper and cilantro), to their customer service and their very professional & friendly delivery driver: EVERYTHING is excellent! Their integrity, quality, and consistency in their food and service keeps us coming back. Last December, we threw a Christmas party and had it catered by Spicy Chen Chinese. Everyone loved it and said it was a nice treat from the usual traditional cuisine.
We just ordered in for dinner tonight and it was just as excellent as it has always been!
By the way, five stars is the highest it go.

We had a lucky accident when the place we were going ended up being closed today. We looked this up and went.
Dining Partner (DP) and I came here since we were already in the general area.
We were seated immediately, and ordered water while we looked over the menu. Our server Johnny never let our water run dry, and DP had to have his filled about 5 times!
We ordered 2 appetizers: the steamed chicken dumplings, and the crab puffs. Both delicious. See description on pictures.
Dinner consisted of clay pots, which we don’t see on many menus. See description on pictures. They were delicious!
All of this for $45.41 before tip (and that includes tax!)
10/10 will come again

I have been looking for a really good Chinese restaurant for so long now and I just found it. The prices are reasonable, the food is delicious and freshly prepared, and the atmosphere is modern and relaxing. Hot Sour Soup was full of Tofu and veggies. The Chicken and mixed veggies was perfect included fresh asparagus. Wait staff were great and happy to meet me. Very colorful decor. Clean restrooms too. Looking forward to trying more unique items on the menu.

I’ve been a regular customer here for a long time, but today’s experience was extremely disappointing. I ordered a chicken noodle soup to go, brought it home, and as soon as I opened it, I noticed a strong sour smell from the noodles. I poured the broth in and the sour odor became even worse — it was clearly spoiled.
I called the restaurant right away and explained the issue. The lady said she would speak to the kitchen, then came back to tell me the broth is made fresh daily. I told her I understand, but my soup smells sour — it’s definitely spoiled. She put me on hold again and came back saying the owner wanted me to bring the soup back.
I was frustrated. Why would I need to drive all the way back to return a $13 soup just to have it thrown away? As a loyal customer, I expected better. I live in La Porte and wasn’t going to make another trip for something that was clearly inedible.
They did end up refunding me, and I appreciate that — but the principle still matters. Do better about checking and not serving spoiled food. Customers shouldn’t have to go through this.
