Stoped by yesterday to order some masala dosa during the winter storm. The tempuratue was -10 degrees outside and I was thankfull that they were opened during icy conditions. However, when I asked for some hot water I was told they don’t serve hot or worm water to customers and I had to buy chilled bottled water. I found it strange when they made me buy hot tea when I insist on hot water. Also, staff was not the friendliest and helpfull at all.
Water is a basic nessasity and I find it so disturbing when these restuarants try to charge for it….

I had an excellent experience at this restaurant! From the moment we walked in, the staff greeted us with warm smiles and made us feel comfortable. They are incredibly friendly and take the time to listen to customers patiently, whether it’s about preferences, special requests, or recommendations.
The food was absolutely delicious every dish was full of rich, authentic flavors and prepared with great care. You can really taste the quality in every bite. The portion sizes are generous, and considering the amount and taste, the prices are surprisingly reasonable. It truly feels like you’re getting great value for your money.

Love it, they’re open late. Tried it for the first time last night. Service is good. The paneer tikka masala and samosas are so good. And the butter naan, omg. tried lassi and puri for the first time here and so good too. We will continue to come back here. It’s small inside to dine in, I prefer a small environment though.

The best Indian food in Arlington. They are not a buffet and having a bit of knowledge about Indian food would be a plus. But the food will knock your socks off! Savory, spicy, filling, if you walk away hungry from this place it’s your own fault.
The rice dishes are huge and the curry is beyond delicious.
Place isn’t fancy but if that’s your only criteria for a restaurant you’re missing out.

In one line: Arrogant Staff. Worst food. Unless you’re helpless and have no other option, look for another restaurant, please.

I wanted to try it out once again after a long time. This time, the walk-in impression itself made the experience awful! What a rude staff they have I must say. I had seen her replying rudely to 2 to 3 customers, maybe due to the tiresome work she did the whole day. But, it shouldn’t be reflecting on the customers, and that’s the basic etiquette. Followed by that, we ordered a chili chicken,
Butter naan and chicken tikka masala. Chilli chicken tasted sweet pretty contradictory to the dish’s name, naan was pretty soft and good, and again tikka masala was Sweet!!! Tikka and sweet? Overall, the experience was not so great.
A quick tip: If you want your business to run longer, hire staff who are polite and customer-friendly. One who is arrogant god knows what for, is going to take your business down. Just have a look at other reviews and complaints they have about your staff, and you’ll get to know the experience Spicy Bites is giving to its customers.

It did not even feel edible, just felt like drinking oil. Won’t recommend it nor will I visit it again.

I have been a regular visitor to this location since it opened in 2018. They serve high-quality and affordable late-night snacks, which is a major draw.
My favorites here are the chaat and South Indian dishes, which never disappoint. The customer service is consistently excellent, adding to the overall experience.
I highly recommend trying their Vada Pav, Dabeli, Dosa, Sev Puri, Bhel, or any chaat on the menu – you can’t go wrong!
While the chai is below average, the coffee is exceptional.
