First time there and tried the double pepper chicken since I didn’t want anything fried. I really wanted to try the fried triple pepper chicken but decided to go healthier this time. My food was great, not as spicy as I thought it would be so I added some chili oil.
Fried rice was ok but it was later in the evening and I’m not into rice much so who knows.
My friend got the stir fry noodles with beef and they were super good as well. I would recommend the thick noodles but everyone has their own taste.

Prices are good. Service is decent. The skewers are the best deal around and futba low-carb lifestyle. Basil chicken was a bit bland compared to a Thai version. Good for a sensitive stomach. Will try again.

Absolutely delicious food! We orders the soup dumplings, Shredded Pork with Garlic Sauce, and the Stir Fried Shrimp & Mix Vegetable.

The soup dumplings had a huge pork ball on the inside and a good flavor. Could have used ginger but they were still good.

Shredded Pork with Garlic Sauce: BANGING!! I mean damn. It was just spicy enough with a tiny, tiny hint of sweet to balance it out lots of ginger and garlic flavors too. I do wish the black mushrooms would have been bigger pieces but I just really like black mushroom so it’s probably just me. Get it with white rice and let it soak up all that yummy sauce!

Stir Fried Shrimp & Mix Vegetable: I honestly haven’t had a Chinese style meal this authentic south of belair. It was just perfection. The veggies were all cooked just right and it had Lotus Root!!! One of my favorites! The shrimp was slightly overcooked but still really good.

We were both very pleased and will be back for frequently!

️ An Unforgettable Culinary Gem! Spicy Banda is a MUST-TRY! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I stopped in today and was truly blown away by the experience.
The General Tso’s chicken was a masterclass in balance! The chicken was incredibly fresh and crisp, enveloped in a sauce that was perfectly rich, complex, and flavorful. While it was delicious as prepared, I’d love to try their spicier version next time—I have a feeling it will be phenomenal.
However, the undisputed standout of the meal was the pork soup dumplings. I consider myself a dumpling connoisseur, and I am not easily impressed, but these were on a whole different level. The delicate wrapping, the flawless texture, and that signature burst of savory, fresh broth were absolutely phenomenal. These are, without a doubt, some of the best soup dumplings I have ever had.
Beyond the food, the customer service was attentive and genuinely kind, and the space itself is spotless, comfortable, and remarkably welcoming.
Spicy Banda exceeded every single one of my expectations. Stop reading this and go now—you won’t regret it! I will absolutely be back!

Edit: just found this as a draft from about 6 months ago. Posting now.

We’ve now been here a few times and each visit does not disappoint. Today I had the Orange Chicken and my husband had a dry hotpot. We both loved the dishes and cannot wait to come back and try the duck. Restaurant is clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and attentive. It’s a must try.

Another review… I really like this local Asian spot. The service is excellent and the food is very well prepared. If you love in the Hobby South/Pearland East area and looking for a good Chinese – Vietnamese place check out Spicy Panda in Pearland Pky, off Huges Road.

My mum had a cup of Wonton Soup and Stir Fried Shrimp & Mix Vegetables with white Rice. I had the Spicy Garlic Edamame and Kung Pao Tofu with white and fried Rice. I brought a lot home because my stomach couldn’t hold much today.

Amazing food! The Szechuan beef dry pot came out in a flaming wok which had an amazing presentation. It added to the meal and the flavors. The restaurant was very clean and updated very nicely. I would love to eat there again, especially since the staff was very attentive. Even the chef comes out to make sure the meal is to our liking. For the portion sizes, food quality, service, and atmosphere the price is very reasonable. I was also able to tell that the produce was very freshly obtained and the meats were of good quality and freshness. This is a date night, or day sort of spot. I grew up in NY, one of the hubs of good Chinese food in the states and the Spicy Panda blows them out of the water. Keep up the great work!

Everything we had was amazing. The service was really good and helpful, we ordered: the spicy edamame 7.5/10, the creamcheese crab rangoons 7.5/10, and we had the fathers day special for two which came with 1/2 a peking duck 9/10, and a bowl of duck soup which im giving a 9.8/10. We also had a side of lamb chops which were on the smaller side but they were well worth the $9.00 they were a 9.8/10 aswell. Everything we had there was amazing and i will definitely be going back with my wife.

Ordered the shrimp kebab it was so good. I scoffed that down in about 20secs. The shrimp was tender, the sauce had a mild sweet taste. The sizzling delicacy was mediocre. The veggies weren’t cooked enough, it was like eating fresh cut onions and peppers. I would’ve preferred it to be more translucent and tender, they had lots of crunch. The squid in it was bland, with a rubbery smooth texture. The fish was flaky and soft but didn’t fall apart when you picked it up. The shrimp was tender and was the best part of this dish apart from the sauce. The fried rice had hints of soy sauce taste. There were no complaints from the sweet & sour chicken or general tso. The general tso was great, my husband stated it was the best so far he tasted out here and all he orders is general tso. I would return but order different entree
